Glad mom is better now.

Got the final htx pass on Buster Friday night. Of course with that crew hunting was not for sure if we would even make it to the woods or they would send us straight to jail,lol. Had a great time and believe it or not enjoyed the company.

We had a great time at Tri-County even though we did not bring any hardware home we had a great time talking and meeting every one.

Took the boat out yesterday and got caught in the middle of a big storm. Luckily it did not last about 30 minutes. Felt just like the crab fisherman on Deadliest catch being tossed all over the lake.

Now back for another week of work.

All - thank for all the prayers for my nephew's daughter. She is not doing well. She is paralyzed on one side. The family is going to have to make some tough decisions.

A burglar broke into a house one night. He shined his flashlight around, looking for valuables when a voice in the dark said, 'Jesus knows you're here.'

He nearly jumped out of his skin, clicked his flashlight off, and froze. When he heard nothing more, he shook his head and continued.

Just as he pulled the stereo out so he could disconnect the wires, clear as a bell he heard 'Jesus is watching you.'

Startled, he shined his light around frantically, looking for the source of the voice. Finally, in the corner of the room, his flashlight beam came to rest on a parrot.

'Did you say that?' he hissed at the parrot.

'Yes', the parrot confessed, then squawked, 'I'm just trying to warn you that he's watching you.'

The burglar relaxed. 'Warn me, huh? Who in the world are you?'

'Moses,' replied the bird.

'Moses?' the burglar laughed. 'What kind of people would name a bird Moses?'

'The kind of people who would name a Rottweiler Jesus.

Glad so many of you all got together, WAY COOL!

Granddaughter, Hannah doing great. Richard was telling me all about her on the yesterday...he LOVES beign a Daddy! THey like the new apt. but still have to unpack... lol

All well here. COOLER now. Was about 90 earlier. I thought it was supposed to be cool... so I got lost in the garden... planting some geraniums that were rooted at mums...and then I went all over the place with a watering can... and i wondered whay I was such a wimp and was SO HOT...Wehsn I got in Webster was panting...so I looked at the temp and it was 89 in the shade...lol... On went the ac for the aftn! Off now, nice breeze...
Had good time with Mum. Yesterday WE got lost in HER gardens... left lunch out on the table... to go outside for a minute to show her some lillies that were blooming. It was so nice and "cool" we stayed out and SHE LET ME PRUNE SOME of HER AZALEAS! It was an honor and a thrill to do so, under her instruction. It started with her feeling the branches and telling me where to cut...and then my eye took over and off I went. We were DEAD tired! LOL.

OK... lots to catch up on here... Have a great night and HAPPYHUNTING!
