This is the last picture I got of Ivy. She ran this coon for about 800 yards and treed for over a hour until I could get there. She died a few weeks ago from what the vet thought was Lyme disease. She was treated and never fully recovered from it. She was a very nice young hound that had a world of potential. Make sure that you get your hounds vaccinated for Lyme disease.

We had a Buddy Hunt at Chester/ Berks last Friday and put 4 cast of dogs in the woods with everyone treeing several Coon. Our cast had 4 trees and 5 Coons. It never got below 50 Degrees so the dogs were hot and we decided to call it a night and TREE a few more back at the Club House. Our cast consisted of a 2yr old Blue Dog(GUS), A 4 year old Blue gyp(MONA) and Banshee . I left the pup home. Her new Name Shine aka (WILDTHING) she will put up some coon and then all the sudden just blow up and run the hide off a FOX.. So we are doing some Quality time alone and working on our new found problem...LOL

We had to break the old girl out one night when we took the 2 young dogs out for about a 1.5 hour hunt and never got a bark so we headed home and got ol Momma( BECKY) out took her about 20 minutes to get the dust out, but got in deep and had the MEAT... My Buddy Rocky's Dog

Banshee and Shine (WILDTHING) under the meat. I hunted both of them one night and let Banshee go first, She treed one in about 10 minutes...So i let Shine go,She had one treed in about 30 minutes so like a fool i decided to go for one more last drop and see who could put it on who ( they teamed up on me) LOL and i found them treed about 1.5miles later 1 hour later with the meat( still not buying it but i'll take it...LOL

I just got my Garmin in and played with it a little last night and will be hitting the woods tonight to see how i like it. Hopefully no more of this....

Well i just got in... We treed 3 seperate coons .1 empty and then found out that i lost signal on the garmin at about a mile so we drove around and picked them up again and it took us right to them beside a rode in a creek, after we caught them up we shined the tree and found ol mister coon..I like the garmin and will have to play with it to try and get more out of it. I also have the long range antenia but have not used it yet. I'm planning on hunting Shine tomorrow night if the weather is not to bad and then Friday night heading to Sellersville ukc hunt ....

Hey there guys! I finally had a minute to post some pics! Dogs have been doing a nice job and it's been good hunting here lately! Don't forget guys to make it to our Little Mountain Music hunt May 15... It's gonna be a good one!

I took some of the boys from school out for a hunt this past weekend! It was all their 1st time's out coon hunting and the loved it! Belle dog put on a show for them!

JCULLER I'm Still laughing my butt off (I just noticed your Dogs name)..... He gets in deep enough to be the Champ, if you can hear him.... I really have been enjoying mine so far(Garmin) Glad to see you entertaining the future of our sport. If work dos'nt send me out to Stockton ,Ca for 2 weeks in may i'll be at LMM.

Hi Joe good seeing them kids out there hunting / It is great seeing Teachers taking it further then just the classroom ! Now I know 170yrds is not very far walk lol But it is how Rat done it / all alone another hound sitting in box / send him from tailgate strikes in over 200yrds & gets treed 170+ yrds all alone & only 9 months old ! Gets my blood flowing !

Rich & I hunted week 2 weeks ago cant remember lol now we spent 3+ hours in the same woods / some good hound work & some good training & ended the night on a good note all but having to sneak in & grab the dogs out of somebodys side yard lol They had the Coon ! got a video I will post soon !

Hi foxtrapper great video nice hound most of the Blue hounds you see have nice mouths / have drew some of them Tuna Valley Blues nice line of Blues ! does your camera have a zoom on it it takes a nice video I see you had some young guys with you !

Hey Tom! Sounds like the Rat dog is doing it right! I like it when they are DEEP and LONELY! That's the only way to do it! One of those youth handled my Belle dog tonight in a youth hunt. It was his 2nd time in the woods with her and he won his cast with 350! Tune him up a lil and I may have my FUTURE CH HANDLER! LOL

Speaking of FUTURE, yes Velocity I can usually hear her pretty decent around here at 8-900yd +. As long as she isn't way far over the other side of the mountain! LOL. I like to keep it amusing to myself and try to set my goals high! Sometimes it gets a lil boring out there by yourself 20-30 straight nites! LOL

She's got a decent mouth! Will tree anything from 50yd-1mi! LOL. It isn't much fun when she decides to bust out of pocket!

tom, we went to jimmy greens last night hunted splat, sammy dolly and jet what a good time made 2 trees seen 3 coon. both pups where right there both times the grizzly pup was lighting up the tree on the last drop. Jimmy turning her into a nice dog.

Barry the grizzly pup has had the meat put to her will be due in may. going to be some nice pups

My oldest boy was back of the camra, thought he did a nice job..for being just 10..also had my youngest boy with us, an the wife. We had a good time. The camra does have zoom on it, but he didn't remember to use it..LOL. Also had his Shadow dog with us, which is the other dog you hear in the back ground.

Crank the old VOLUME up as high as it will go and I bet you will be able to hear Belle dog on the phone at .7MILE! I've got video of the Garmin distance and sound of her treeing. If you listen closely, you can hear her treeing away, RAPID FIRE!

She had the meat when we got there, so here's a video of that as well! It took us ALMOST an hour to get to her here!
