A lot of it is junk and I asked myself the same question. What did I keep this for??? For example my first shock collar, it has to be 30 years old. but I have found enough ammunition to arm a small army and I hit the jackpot with an anniversary card with a 50.00 bill in it! Woo hoo.........this job pays after all!!!!!

JL & DL - I don't know what happened with that fridge pic.....

DL - .22 Shells are pretty scarce around here also. In fact pretty much all shells are in short supply.

WB - That was a gift for my wife and me from my mom, I think I was supposed to share. What my wife doesn't know won't hurt her.

HELLO!

Well, Hello strangers!
Here I am with days of catchup to do on here and no energy!
Thank you all so much for the prayers!

OK... Long story short...was with Mum at Nursing home Sat and could HEAR her lungs rattle and struggle. The nurses felt she was getting better, Martha in NY could hear it thru the phone and asked for Dr. Never came during my visit and we were very upset. 9PM Mart called in and told them to GET her to the ER...and they said a Dr had to approve it! Jeepers! She got to the ER at 10:30 I was at her house but it took forever to get taxi in Boston Sat night so I got there at midnight. X ray showed Pneumonia back and worse (DUH) she got all sorts of tests and we were amused by the ER at that hour...DRUNKS singing and yelling etc.. Mum got room at 3:30 am got her settled dealt with Docs etc..and took taxi back to her house at 5 am. TRIED to sleep...everyone called texted etc... Even a nurse, who worked for my dad... who carried me into the house as a newborn called...out of the BLUE to talk to Mum! WEIRD! Mum and I were talking about her at 3 am... because she used to take me to Easter...and Easter is coming! WEIRD! OK so I went back Sunday for the aftn and she had tons more tests and now needs a pureed diet(BLECH!) so she doesn't get food into lungs and MORE pneumonia since her throat is so weak now. She is on IV Antibiotics for Hosp/healthcare acquired Pneumonia. Strong stuff and tons of steroids since the Pneum. has made a flare up of her once mild COPD.
She is a very sick little lady... but strong willed, wants to get well. Her sense of humor and spirit are amazing!.
I came home last night and slept like a log and slept and rested today as ordered by Mart. I will rest tons this week to prepare for weekend in boston again. I pray it will not be sooner!!
Again, we are so Thankful for the Prayers and continue to pray for any of you in need as well! (John..get well soon and stop that cleaning! lol... you may have to start a used stuff store! lol)
Bob and I cracked up about the most interesting man and Bob tired to think of a comeback... but he couldn't top anyone here...but he laughed harder than I heardin a long time... one about waiting for the blue dawg to get to the tree...lol..
OK, gonna see wassup and if back in town and internet still messed up(couldn't get a secure connection) I'll email Shannon as long as she's around!

22 scarce here also. I have a few put back.
Most ammo is hard to find. Wal mart is getting some in all the time here.

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for the prayers! Mum was moved today to a Transitional Hospital where she can have long term Pulmonary treatment with 24 hr drs etc...and rehab etc to prepare for getting HOME. She was good this morning when I talked to her...not coughing much at all! Tonight after the move she called and ended up talking to Bob(I was in shower) She was NOT happy with new place...but hopefully the night and morning will go well and she will change mind. They are set up to care for people like her to get them HOME so Fingers Crossed!

LOL on the yoga pants! Hope you all have great night and safe weather, happyhunting and HAPPY SPRING!Heather

PS... site was having problems...so rushing to get post in! Hope it works or I'll give up for good tonight!
