Moon II picked up his second win towards NiteCh last night in the late round in Blairsville,PA he brought home high scoring dog of the round with 475+ in an hour

The Leon x Speck cross was and still is a cross that will make you proud of for many years. The dogs from that cross that have been given a chance to become coondogs are making their owners proud.

Congradulations to all of the owners that are taking the time and effort to see to it that the pups from this cross are are not only getting a chance to become coondogs but also getting the chance to compete in competition.

Thanks to all that are putting time into this cross!

Looking good, Daryl! You are right, Ron, it was a very good cross. I'm really looking forward to grandpups from this cross. Shelly is getting big, but is miserable in this heat!

Birthday coon!

First night of coon season in MD (which also happens to be my birthday 😁. Luna (Leon x Abbie) and Smokey (Leon x Raven) got me a present! 17 lb 12 oz sow. Video link below...they got ir done quick and sounded great!

Sorry to say that the repeat of the Raven x Leon cross will not produce pups. It is with great sadness we share the unexpected passing of Raven today. She started acting off and not eating right in the last week so we took her to the vet. She had developed cancer in her spleen that progressed quickly. It was in her best interest to have her euthanized. She was supposed to be our hunting partner for years to come and was supposed to be getting ready to have another litter this winter but it wasn't meant to be. She was a coon dog and loved running water races and field trials (I'm terribly sorry I wasn't able to get her last water race win on her). We are thankful to still have her littermate brother Catfish and one of her pups from her last litter Smokey.
