Where have I been cutting people down? I call it as I see it. And he thinks he has a right to fight and keep birds, I have a right to say whatever I want to someone who I think is ignorant. And its their, not there.

I agree i dont want to be seen as attacking.I try and see from both sides and i do agree with some when saying it could be twisted in court.I dont think you can leave loop holes.I favore UkC over all the rest and its because of people that work there..I just hope like i said before they know what there doing.We have to put our trust in these people.I know Todd has done alot for all of us and would hate to think after all hes done for us that he would support something that could hurt us.Grandpa always said pray for your leaders no matter if you beleive or understand everything they do.They are our leaders in a sport we all LOVE.We have to trust them and i am praying for them and that there making the best decision for all of us

I understand what the ukc is saying about the bill
And I realize that hunting is protected while hunting season is in but while it is not in hunting is illegal and if there is a mishap in training a hound and it ends up getting to the training animal then that person is a felon under this law
I think that is a bad place to put hard working tax paying citizens that just like to hunt for recreation I own both coon and beagle hounds and both are registered in ukc

Maybe not, But I do know is that there are already sssssssssooooooooo many laws on the books already and we donnot need one more that may or may not affect dog fighting OR coon hunting. Something that might raise a few eyebrows. HSUS wants more strict laws for dog fighting, wonder how they stand on all the stories you hear about law enforcement shooting dogs of the particular breeds they're targeting because they feel that they're a threat. I've heard more cases as such in more recent times than I've heard of people running major dog fights since I don't know, Michael Vick maybe? And they say that those are the people they're trying to take down, the Michael Vicks of the genre. I'd say more dogs get killed daily because of incidents such as this http://countercurrentnews.com/2015/...enced-backyard/ (even though this dog survived) than anything including underground dog fights.

I would bet there are more dog fights while coonhunting in Ky then there are between so called dog fighters. I have only knew one Person in my life that did it, and he just kept a few and talked about it. I worked with him years ago. When he would talk about it, they would let them get together and when one would get the best of the other, they broke it up. It didnt amount to crap, I have had pups in the yard get into it more serious than that. I talked him into getting rid of them by telling him over and over that if they came in on him they would make it look like he was a king pin.

This bill might seem like a few lines that reinforces the dog fighting laws, but that is why it is so dangerous it is a Trojan horse with are enemy's inside. It is loaded with if, and's, and buts that could be used against us as sportsmen and women. I would say that the ukc has lawyers or some sort of legal people run threw this kind of thing and I am sure they know what is truly implied between the lines. This is poison that opens the door to more things to hurt us. I have heard the explanation of this bill and what it could do if passed by someone who has been to law school so I know what is. I am willing to call a spade a spade, why are the people in the top tear of this organization not doing the same ? Why do we get a run around and a bunch of neither here nor there ?

Here again the news wants to paint law officers as reckless, this officer was doing her job and investigating a call. Where the news and media should focus there attention is in the call that was a false accusation that led to the detrimental hurt to dog and family. You can almost bet 100 to 1 odds the caller was someone that is for HSUS.
