Minnie on her way to Grand

Took 2nd at the AO mini slam in Richmond. 115 hounds total and we came out on top...............Treed the only 2 coon seen that night and never went over 300 yards. She is a DEAD LONER!!!! Coon we treed was Lay-Up Coons , other hounds never knew there was a coon there.

Lil Lucky Minnie's Littermate Brother , He was killed at 1yr old with 2 1st's Very Cold nosed hound would run a coon that others are right on top of and they would never let out a bark and Lil Luck would strike and move a track away from them and pull a coon out of no where . He was the easiest pup I have ever started , he did it alone at 4-5 months I have 3 buddies that was all with me when he split with coons at 5 months and had been doing it ever since. I was lucky enough to have got semen off him before he passed.

Going to start pushing our Rock pup this year. He is going to be a nice one to breed to in the future , If you are wanting old blood here it is . Lizzy is a great grand pup to Rock showing Limo and Rock in her 3 gen so we bred her back to Limo. This was a great cross!!!! BIG Mouths ,Very Cold noses, Track driving machines.

This male will produce some very nice hounds.
We are planning a Half Brother / Half Sister cross on him and our Minnie female, She has one win towards grand , soon as she is finished she will be bred to Him.

Hi Jason,
Hope you had A GREAT Christmas.
Well we have snow and sleet coming down sideways tonight. I think my coon hunting mite be done for a lil while.
I just wanted to bring you up to speed on Hammer. (Lucky X Lizzy)
He is getting more consistent, I would call him 90% accurate and yes I think he is even getting louder, not sure that was possible. I really enjoy hunting him, we had a great fall, we both learned alot and had a whole lot of fun. I even got my wife to go a few times, she hasn't coon hunted in 5 years. He can get deep and does often, he has taken pressure but, has not been hunted with other dogs very much.
You know I am not a competition hunter but, I think he may need to get to a hunt or two to see how he measures up. I am satisfied with his progress even though I know he is a bit behind his litter mates. That is probably more my fault than Hammer's. Thanks for producing natural coon treeing machines!

Hey Tim thanks for the kind words, and I hope you and the family had a great Christmas as well. you wont have to worry about the other dog when it comes time to put him down with them , if he is like his littermates he will tree harder when there are others around. I have a gyp I would like to breed to him in the future . I am thankful for you and your family Tim , I couldn't have found him a better home.( If you would like me to put him in some hunts this spring I will do that for you I would like to get one or two more titled out of that litter lizzy can make a run at the reproducers list.

(RIP) Lil Luck, A life cut short on a hound that started treeing coon soon as he stepped foot in the timber ! Was a born natural! He had that IT Factor when it come to his coon treeing ability's , I made the mistake of selling him to someone who didn't respect what was on the end of his lead. The Good lord knew this was coming ,that's why he allowed me to pull 6 breedings off him at 9 months old A+ Semen. Lil Lucky was a win away from being titled when he got hit. He will have offspring on the ground buy the end of the year if all goes according to the plans.

Not a bad weekend at Walker days! Minnie won her cast on Friday night with 225+ but didn't get in had a good hunt both nights.

Had a good week at Oaks this year had triple cast wins and made the final 4 on Weds night in Muncie, Hunted Pen-e-trator on Friday night won my cast with him then hunted Nitech on sat Minnie treed the only two coon we scored By herself.

Was a great week hope to hunt Minnie in the Grand division next year!
