companies pay their money into pensions, and if there is no money to pay into the pension then what are they suppose to do? maybe your unions shouldnt push for so unreasonable terms and companies could afford the retirement plans?

how does insider trading steal from you?

price gouging? go look at online message boards classified ads, you will see plent of INDIVIDUALS price gouging on assual rifles and ammo and equiptment

if INDIVIDUALS didnt take on more mortage then they could afford and actually PAID their mortgages, none of the financial crisi would have happend.

yes there needs to be regulations where wall street can take on big risks with tax payers being on the hook, but dont for one second think capitilism isnt the greatest sytem on this earth, hands down.

I was a paid killer of communists, yes, I think capitalism is the best way to go. But, there are some that cheat and for the last number of years, get away with their cheating. There are some very honest corporations that make an honest profit. I have no problems with those folks. But, there are such people like corporate raiders who put greed ahead of anything else. Some of those boys need to be a gang banger's wife in prison.

There are folks that are "preditory lenders" who trap folks into loans the lenders know they can never repay. Sort like Mafia loan sharks. I have had a bank try to trap me into a "balloon payment" loan. No sale with me, I smelled a rat.

for any loan to take a place, the person taking the loan out has to agree to the terms. they should educate themselves ahead of time to avoid getting into something they can not afford. again, lack of PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE PROBLEM.

where ever larges amounts of money is to be made, you will have folks cheating. in sports look at all the steroid use. in society look at all the drug dealers. its not corporate greed, its human nature. corporations cant think for themselves its humans at the controls.

Dave H ,the gift that keeps on givin.Loans with balloon payments are as old and common as prostitution.Predatory banking,is that where they ambush you and make you take out a loan?Barney Frank started all this easy money,forceing banks into leanding money to people that did not qualify.Then your hero bama payed back these loans with the taxpayers money.

do you mean preditory lenders like the govt's, fannie mae and freddy mac? overseen by barney frank. don't think being a gang bangers wife would upset him much, though!

Yeah, there is always cheating in all walks of life. UKC maintains a list of cheaters.

Now days, the biggest corporate cheaters get yearly bonusses more than an honest, hard working man can make in a life time.

Balloon payments are an obvious trap. I borrowed very little money from banks and these days, banks pay me interest. I really don't trust them much but my money is Federally guarenteed.

Con, I am not into competition coon hunting any more. You can bring your best beagle to the PKC Beagle hunt I may attend this weekend. You might win some money if you have a good one. LOL I am into the 8th generation in my coon dogs. I got a big coon and was on my home in about 30 minutes last night. Look for the video on other UKC boards soon. I am hunting Curs instead of hounds on coon this year. I hunt some but I am not the hunter I was 20 years ago. I ain't going to put up or shut up.

We have all had dogs that pop up a coon from time to time but Kate has done it all season long, time after time. She sure makes it easy for a fat, old man who can't follow a hard going hound any more. I quit early, I believe Kate could have treed me a couple more in short order but it was dangerous walking, thawed out on top, frozen underneath, (I broke my leg a few years back under similar conditions), and real foggy. I could hardly see the edge of the road on the drive home. I believe in quitting while I am ahead. LOL

I don't hunt beagles. Never saw a need around here in these thick rabbits...be like fishing in an aquarium.
I've found that those that spread their time out with too many 'hobbies' have trouble doing an above average job of any of them. To each their own.

Well, I didn't use my 'military style" 10/22 to shoot out the coon, I used my regular one. LOL

The beagles and the Curs on squirrels is more about competing with my dogs than harvesting game.

Just look at the dogs I am following, they are Champions. They are way"above average". I am retired, I get my pension check thanks to my Union, and I have time to hunt. As for "fishing", you should see some of my fishing videos. LOL

Here is last night's coon hunt.

Right after dark, I flipped on the computer to look at the radar. It showed that there was a real bad rainstorm coming and it was only 50 or less miles from me and would be here in less than an hour. Well, I had a new Feist I wanted to try. I knew it would not take Kate long to get 1 treed so I decided to take a chance and turn loose.

Kate didn't tree 1 close but she did tree 1 that took me a while to get to her. The video isn't the best, I was in a big hurry to get the coon and get back to the truck. I did make it to the truck, got home, got the dogs put up and just stepped into the house when it broke loose. Many times I have tried the same thing and ended up soaked. The new Feist did OK.
