Video Of Blues, and Ike last night

9 Turn Outs, w/7 coon seen. This Video, is from last tree. The canopy was so thick, we could'nt see a thing, but was a great sounding, 35 minute race. Dogs looked like they were getting tired. The following film is rated G....LOL

Eric--you are the entire film industry-not just the film crew. Wow-have to do this like a bluebook--keep going back over and over again-you notice I use that again word again and again on here-must be some sort of subconscious thing. oops-not surposed to use words longer than mayonaise on here. How old are you in the youngest picture of you and then the oldest? Great pictures-if you keep this up and I'm sure you will, you'll have a runnin history of you and your hounds. I have written something down about every hunt since the seventies. I am going to make an exception an talk about BLOOD on here-you never here me say new blood , old blood or bloodline. I hope the only blood in my dogs in rather new , fresh and regenerated internally within the dogs. I did get some ticks off them and me --they appeared to be the fullblooded variety or were going to be. For the record all my dogs are out of the backyard and like Crockadile Dundee said when she ask him "Do you breed cattle?" and he replied "No Mam, We just lasso em and let em go!" Eric remember that G rating-let,s keep it. Thanks I enjoy everybodys contributions--54 where are you?

CW, I was between 10 and 17 Years old in these Pic's. I got my first Dog when I was about 10 yo, but can't find all my pic's. My neighbor, Chuck Perry, got me into coonhunting. Perry took me when I was about 7 years old, and Ive been hooked everysince...Perry only hunted Bluedog's. I've got to say that, I'm color blind when it came to a good dog, but it seems, I keep going back to the Bluedog's. In My Book, There's nothing like a good ole bluedog.... Their Looks, Temper, Gameness/Grit on the track, Ect..... One Thing for sure if their junk, I dont keep'm, nor do I sale'm.......................................................................................

All in the Family

In many ways these are the best pictures yet Eric-the hunting territory looks good to. Good luck at the Zone-saw where you are going to give it a shot in Ky. I am driving down to meet Bob Kennedy monday to pick up a littermate from 6 Again x Becky-will be letting you know about him in the near future. Spoke with Brian today about All Jazzed Up-she is listed for sale. She just keeps on winning and her pups are really turning it on-sure makes me wish I were not so poor--maybe I'll vote Democrat -it beats working.- saw a bumper sticker with that on it the other day. I knew from seeing the pictures of your dogs in the house that you were not the only one in the family that cared about those hounds. Those photos are the type that true memories are made of!

CW, please, Keep me up dated on that hound.... If it wasn't for my family and friends, I couldn't keep all these hounds hunted up, that's for sure! Ref: all jazzed up, what is she? And can you announce the price, (you can Pm)....Thanks, and great hunting to you, and Ed!! Im going to give, blues a rest, and I'm headed to North Carilina, to try out another one this week. Hopefully I can bring home another, future Winner. It seems I just can't keep a real dog around, once I get them a hopp'n they sell pretty quick. I could have sold Blues, several times, but there is just something about her, I like.... Plus, Julia would disown me! She loves that dog.... well, so do I, LOL!! Just wish you and Ed lived closer. All Jazzed Up

Eric-Lance Byrd had the info on all his post now. She is from the cross of 6 Again x Tree Slamin Lady-also many of the hunts she has won are listed. Brian's tel. # is also listed-I spoke with him by phone while he was still at AO. She has an impressive list of wins and I think she is in heat. Good luck on your trip to North Carolina-there are some good bluetick men over there-many of them are like the men from Missouri-show me, but the dog has to be the one -not the man.. It is not as hot here--the rain and cooler temps are welcome. Just got back from meeting Bob Kennedy. We talked dogs awhile and even talked about a cross or two for the future. Bob has certainly had his share of success with Ed and these Jet bred dogs as have so many people. Bob had just returned from AO. If All Jazzed Up stays where she is-I predict she is going to continue winning and BIG!

been hunt the grand pups of 6 again jr has been most impressive he is really treeing now and hasnt missed so far he is 100 percent on at least a dozen trees . cant wait for a season on him but he will be in his 1rst hunt on the 10th at claremont dependn on how he acts this week gonna try to bench ch him also. his pups r actin really smart
. would this litter happen to be the oldest grand pups of 6 again were born 2 7 2010?

Sounds like everyone had a good time at AO. Terry thanks for your help in making this happen and for letting me know the papers are in route. David enjoyed the phone conversation-good to catch up on these 6 Again dogs and your plans for them. It was ironic when I took a quick look on here and found where you and Terry had posted replies the count was at 5454--that is the number I'm looking for-those 54 pups. Ed has a young female from Jimmy Yawn's Gr Nt Ch Birdy female and 6 Again. David has 3 from 6 Again and his Girl female was grand nighted in real short time. David also added how he likes the looks of the Junior dog-I 2nd that. David- Here's hope that you will keep us up todate on here . Maybe I can make Orangeburg this year. How many people knew the Grand American was a water race in New York? before turning into a Southern Classic Coon Hunt!

Oldest Grand pups --6 Again.

Not real sure on this one John-My Big Boy dog bred the May Flower female when they were both very young. He had not shown any interest prior to that--but that changed in a hurry. These pups were born in 09-I kept a female who is typical of the line-CW,Flower and 6 Again-looks like them, hunts like them,trees like them and is real friendly to me like all of them but Flower-she liked everyone but me. John- is the one you call Jr. out of Buzz? Hey Eric-people want to know if the dog you were going to look at in NC was out of 6 Again--I said I did not think so. Anyone know how Scott Phillip's Maggie is doing? We are all hopeing she comes back strong-any news? Thanks to everyone of you for the responses and interest.

Thanks Again-3 real good subjects to work with in the photo. Love seeing photos of 6 Again that I have not seen before. You can look back in the Bluebooks abd old Coonhound Bloodlines and see alot of pictures of him. Ed could have finished him alot earlier than he did but he did not want to--think he had 7 2nds. When Ed called to tell me he got a 1st on him, he started the phone call with "I screwed up last night and got a 1st on 6 Again" Jr really looks good and I look forward to your call saying--he is a night Champion.

cw steber smiths blue buzzard jr is his name i might be sellin him though got a guy called me wantn me to price him. dont know what i wanna do dont raise and start them to sell but i have 10 hounds on the place and 4 pups with penny due in 13 days ouch will get some pics soon yes he is outa buzz oldest one i have was his first litter. one got run over at jesse nappins. one went away 2 aint gettin hunted and jr and a pup named train in wv that the guy says is about ready for the hunts

CW, I Went to look at several hound's. None had Jet breeding, on the papers. If they did they probally would have came home with me, and staid..... Some were descent coondog's, just not priced right for me to hunt up, and resale. I'll look at the post on Jazz...Thanks!

Ike is out of Jet 5 again X Cold Creek Blue angel....His first hunt was last month, and he got a third place, in a 12 cast hunt...Very easy to hear, and easy to call. When He trees, Ike gives out three, Die Hard/Long Locates, about three Mississippi's Long. Ike is at my brothers house, where I think, he has a home for life, LOL!! Good Hunting to Ya, be-safe.....

Sounds like it was a good night not only for Jr, but for you and ole Buzz too. Everyone loves getting these kind of reports. The fact that these 6 Again grand pups are making their own history should be paying dividens for many of us for years to come. Jet 5's true value goes far beyond the dogs that were directly out of him. So many of the top dogs of the last few years are from females from Jet 5-look at the bottom of the pedigrees if you do not think I am right-regardless of what male or line they were crossed on, the reproductive influence cannot be denied. Should 6 Again prove to be as influential with his offspring-top or bottom will certainly be allright with me and I'm sure with those of you hunting them. Thanks again for sharing this news with us on here.

i have to agree with u cw the jet 5 most of been the all time dog hope to own one like it someday!!! between ed and dave hammer and jets its hard to own anything but these lines! i own my star dog with no jet and penny which is more rambo than anything other than that its all got the jet line in it. they have more ambition and drive then anything ive seen sometimes to much lol!!! good luck talk to u soon!
