you are an idiot.... mccoy is all heart he said he cant fill his arm thats a little bad for a qb when its his right arm. and i bet it was not a qb playing with a cast.. not saying the out come would have been diffrent but i would like to see that game with mccoy as qb. but much respect to ingrim he is top notch.as for gilbert he has a long ways to go befor next year but maby he will gain the confidence he needs. congrats alabama...

Im an idiot?? What grade are you in?? Mark Ingram was dinged up also, but when the game was on the line and his team needed him he acted like a man and rose to the challenge instead of letting his team down! True champions play thru pain and diversity. If I was a NFL scout, McCoy would not be drafted by me! I want players with heart! As far as you calling me an idiot, you can kiss my azz!!

No they will not. If Boise State gets in they will win it. Well I was only 4 points off in my prediction. I will say one thing, Texas was lucky that Saban completley let off in the 3rd quarter. He just handed them the ball 3 or 4 times in a row. That kinda disgusted me congrats Alabama.

colt made the right choice by not coming back in the game. play this one game and never play again or stay out one game and make millions in the pros, thats called a no brainer.
I would have liked to see colt play as he is one of the better players for texas, sometimes you have to look at the big picture. I do think bama would have won reguardless.

as far as mccoy goes he COULD NOT PLAY.....when you have a brachial nerve injury you can not hold a ball much less throw it!!! im a die hard bama fan but i know facts. i felt bad for mccoy. so all those saying he let his team down your fulla sh*t.

Man ESPN is ripping appart Saban for scoring that last touchdown, what a joke. It's the National Championship game the supposed biggest game of college football. If youre playing at that leval and you can run youre opponent in the ground do it. I can't stand Brown, can't stand to even look at him. I'm tired of hearing that they could have won if this or that had happened. My frikin gosh they had no chance in that game whatsoever.

Texas had no chance at all. I believe the Tide had it hands down. How could a team be expected to beat the Tide who had about 2 yards in the third quarter, a Q back that had trouble completing a 10 yd pass. A team that scored 15 points on a comeback with a freshment Q back that had very few previous smaps in a real game. 14 points of the total that the Tide score was giveme points. Were talking a freshmen that is learing or attempting to read a defensive back field and throwing two long balls for a touchdown.

I truly hope this game wasn't the best the Tide could play. If it was how terrible is the rest of the SEC.

I was completly disapointed in the hole game both teams on both sides of the ball. It appeared to me as a game on who could screw up the most.

Alabama beat 3 teams this year that ended up being ranked in top 10 of the final polls (Texas #2, Florida #3 and Virginia Tech #10) nuff said!
