You all be CAREFUL in the ice and snow and cold! We had a bout in inch maybe...and now some cold coming. Hey, it is winter here.... and I'm chilly right now cause my hair is still wet from my shower...lol... I DID get some rest... didn't get to bed till 2 am doing Christmas cards and cause I took my meds WAY too late...so I was WIDE awake...but I think I slept very well!

shannon they all get skined, cut up, and shared with all that hunts with us, nothing gos to waste, my wife and i like the liver best, we even render the fat to water proof our boots. have a good one. ---- see ya

Dan .. How does the bear taste ??? I've never had any .. Us southern folks aren't use to bears ... Now I do like chicken and cow liver .. Lol lol ..
And that's neat about the fat ... My my.. I never knew that .. That's amazing .. Bears are so beautiful .. But I'd be scared of them .. And I just couldn't turn Molly loose on one .. Lol lol .. I'm so very glad you eat .. What you kill .. That's wonderful !!!!! I think the older I get the softer I get about killing things .. Lol lol ..

Yep mrs. Heather .. Another Hannah !!! Yay .. It was a very very difficult the first 4 months emotionally and physically for Lindz .. But I was there every step of the way .. With her .. She's now 6 months and a week or 2 .. And she's only gained.. 10 pounds .. Her butt surly can't get any bigger lol lol .. So it's all just baby .. She's still a beautiful lady .. Thank heather !!!! You stay warm too !!!!!

Hi Everyone!
BRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I hate winter! LOL..the lil bit of snow on the trees etc was SO BEAUTIFUL when I went to and from the dentist...made me think how NEXT year OUR lil Hannah will be filled with WONDER when it snows the first time! OH...my teeth were all fine!
GREAT pic of you your dad and Lindz, Shannon! She looks GREAT! Hope the rest of the pregnancy goes well! I ahd bear once in chili at a NH coonhound event. It was delicious...but hard to know what it was really like hidden in chili...
Dan, ALways thinking of our friend and of course the dawgs! Big game hunting makes the risk all that much more.

Good evening to all. Cold here. Going down to 10 tonight with a high of 13 tomorrow.

It was 18 on my way to work at 6:30 this morning and I picked up a warm road killed coon. The road will have to get em cuz I ain't hunting when it is that cold. I brought it home for my pups. They seemed interested. They are going to start leaving for there new homes tomorrow.

Shannnon - I will be praying for Lindz and Hannah. Nice pic of you, your dad and Lindz.

Dan - great job on the bears. Sounds like you have some good bear dogs.

Shannon that is a nice picture of your dad and it's cool that songs make you think of him. My dad was really into music as I am...and I hear many a song that brings him back after all these years since he's been gone.... You;re dad is a handsome fellow.....
John, not that bad cold...about 25 and a low tonight of 15 I guess... I just HATE winter! lol... As pretty as it is... I hear snow coming on the weekend... should be INTERESTING at mums.....
