Morn'n, Made 81 again yesterdiddy, front came through around 6 last night. It had a lot of wind, few tornadoes reported by doppler but havent heard of any being on the ground around me. Little rain and never even heard any thunder. It was 75 at 6 yesterday and 36 at 6 this morning. Suppose to get in upper 20's tonight. Bond hurry on down, your friends will be a little stiff tonight

SISTER MARY ANN'S GASOLINE
Sister Mary Ann, who worked for a home health agency, was out making
her rounds visiting homebound patients when she ran out of gas. As
luck would have it, a Texaco Gasoline station was just a block away.

She walked to the station to borrow a gas can and buy some gas. The
attendant told her that the only gas can he owned had been loaned out,
but she could wait until it was returned. Since Sister Mary Ann was on
the way to see a patient, she decided not to wait and walked back to
her car.
She looked for something in her car that she could fill with gas and
spotted the bedpan she was taking to the patient. Al ways resourceful,
Sister Mary Ann carried the bedpan to the station, filled it with
gasoline, and carried the full bedpan back to her car.

As she was pouring the gas into her tank, two Baptists watched from
across the street.. One of them turned to the other and said,

'If it starts, I'm turning Catholic.'!!

Jewish Cab Driver

A clearly inebriated woman, stark
naked, jumped into a taxi in New York City and laid down on the back
seat.

The cab driver, an old Jewish
gentleman, opened his eyes wide and stared at the woman. He made no
attempt to start the cab.

The woman glared back at him and said,
"What's wrong with you, honey? - Haven't you ever seen a naked
woman before?"

The old Jewish driver answered, "Let
me tell you sumsing, lady – I vasn't staring at you like you tink; det

The drunk woman giggled and responded,
"Well, if you're not staring at my b**bs or a*s, sweetie, what are you

He paused a moment, then told

Hi everyone, Jokers and all!

Corky, glad to see you back and better!

Diana's cancer has spread to the lungs. More test to come to see if it's made it to bone etc... HOPING and PRAYING not! She is very worried....obviously... any spare prayers welcome!

Was WARM and WINDY and RAINY here...The snow all melted to mud and the wind has dried up lots of the mud! SUN is beaming and it was still warm when i went out with the dogs. Sweatshirt weather here...not sure the temps. Looks pretty. Some damage in the area. Nothing here.

Laundry day.... gotta love Thursdays. Grumble grumble....

house near my daughters place, she is above this thank goodness

Freshman parking lot at Radford University near Bond and I, its also along the New River

Not sure the temp but...Brrrr... was 26 first thing when BEFORE a cup of coffee this GRUMPY lil woman bundled up and got onto an ICY suburban seat...and had Bob drive me to the lab for my FASTING grumpy bloodwork...lol... that Heavens the tech is a MIRACLE worker...he is GOOD at drawing blood. Hoping my cholesterol is BACK down to normal and my Vit D up some! Want it to be worth the am torture. Sure enjoyed my coffee when I got home and am no longer GRUMPY!
Corky, thanks again for prayers. Diana will need them... Thyroid cancer is usually one with a good survival rate. The older you get and the worse it speads... the lower the rate. If it's in the bone...of course that will be terribley hard on her. Her husband, Benny....depends so completely on her. Her 3 sons are a bit stronger but all very close. I intend to stand by her with my own strength.
Probably wont be on here tomorrow at all. Got a birthday coming up and planning to see my sisters and perhaps at least some of my kids in Brookline at Mums after work. (there goes the cholesterol!LOL) Bob and I will be driving in seperately so he doesn't have to go back and forth 2X...lol... One of the BAD things about having dawgs with special needs is that someone must ALWAYS be home...but that is a GOOD thing too...since Wrentham has had a rash of break ins. God help the poor soul who would break in here. #1 they would be faced with hound or cur... but #2... grumpy protective humans Luckily Kenny will be available to Dog sit...LOL... AND willing to let Bob drive his Jeep to town to visit. Only bad thing about that is the drive home....nothing worse than the SEPERATE drive home thing.... LOL...
Just dont want ANYONE to worry bout me tomorrow and I'll be back sunday! Will be here all day today too unless I happen to DOZE off....
Snow sunday perhaps. Will be watching the big game and routing for the Ravens...lol... wont really care that much BUT... I figure I gotta go with my family roots....

Then the week after 2-11 Dianas bday...so I was always able to PICK on her cause I'm the OLDER friend...

My dads was the 19th(he was born 1918 and died when he was 77 wow... he would be 95) another close friend is the 20th, nuther one the 12th. Also Bobs friend Bill is the 8th! BUSY birth month! LOL...
