WHERE IS VELOCITY LOCATED AT IN PA.

Had a good hunt to night Rat treed twice,once was slick then he treed on this tree that went on to a den.

................Texas Crook Treed In OutBack Don's BackYard...............

What a challenge taking 4 wheeler down a logging road to bottom ridge on mountain & then getting back up out / did not make it out on 1st try spun out / unloaded Crook & Rat walk them back down mountain tie them go back up unhook brushbuggy walk that down to dogs no easy task / hike back up to 4 wheeler try turning around where it is & almost turned around & discover I have NO BRAKES lol Use my winch & get 4 wheeler headed back up mountain jump on & make it back up mountain / but with no dogs or trailer / all the way up I am thinking about WHO I am going to get with a 4 wheeler to come onto this mountain late at night & get my dogs & trailer out & well I get to top & MAGIC my brakes are back ! YEA ! I had this problem 1 time before & I knew what I had done / left the hand brake on kinda like a emergency brake & it boils the brake fluid & you loose your brakes till the fluid cools back down & MAGIC BRAKES ARE BACK ! I drive back down mountain hook brushbuggy back up load Crook & tell Rat buddie you are running up out of here & Stay Behind me I will not be slowing down for anything / looked back at Crook in brushbuggy & said hang on & we were off up out of there we went & wide open / Made It Crook was still in brush buggy & Rat was 1/2 min behind us getting to top / If you ever get your 4 wheeler down a side of a mountain make sure to take your handbrake off park before heading back to top lol The logging road I took ended on bottom bench / no going out bottom ! This mountain is not for the weak of heart in the winter time on a 4 wheeler ! No video at this tree but it was a Good legit den !

Rat SMOKED this TRACK & SLAMMED this TREE in STYLE ! I Like him ! / he will be a 7 month old Friday & COULD win a hunt RIGHTNOW ! I am beginning to sound like Coondawg_hunter lol


.......................GetUmJoJo Treed Somewhere In Pa.........................

To start out on this hunt JoJo had coon in her tree / this coon looked a couple time but not enough to get it shot out DANG video sure would have been nice / Started this turn with Anny & JoJo / JoJo gets strike on Anny 350yrds out JoJo keeps track open good but kinda hung up a little in this one area / Anny has opened a few times but not saying much / about 10 Min's & Anny comes back to truck & is loaded NOT whipped & sent on / meanwhile I am thinking man I wish I had that shocker on JoJo for she would be quiting that track also lol BUT 1/2 hr & a good mile later we are driving to get 380yrds close to JoJo & she is TREED & EVERY BREATH TREED on tree above / Sure am glad I did not have shocker on JoJo ! Anyways we are having a tuff night trying to get a good video & almost got one with JoJo / walking back to truck JoJo starts opening on track off leash & Brian finds what looks to be fresh COONTRACKS & I send her / she starts getting out there on this COONTRACK & Brian & I follow we are now over 800yrds from the truck going totally away & JoJo is getting DEEP on this COONTRACK / we decide Brian is heading back to truck & going to drive around to RT 287 by Ives Run Lake he leaves & I keep heading towards JoJo she gets out of hearing but I keep moving towards where I last heard her & I hear her again & now she is TREED & EVERYBREATH / I get close to where she is & she is down in the bottom of this STEEP RAVINE / it was slick getting to her but I made it / JoJo was on a pine tree that went into a BIG DEN & into another pine that STRECTHED a 1/2 MILE into the SKY lol no coon seen but I am saying she had it / JoJo for sure took this track the RIGHTWAY & FORSURE done a mighty GOOD job ! This LITTLE hound is not for the week of heart / you turn her you are going somewhere could be close could be far / she is not even close to being a finished hound but has all the RIGHT TOOLS to be a GOOD ONE !

David I got to talk to the guy that made those sets & the one Anny was caught in had wool soaked in chicken broth & wool was driven into hole in wood & the set Rat got in was a lift you leg & pee & get caught set lol I wrote all the BS above just for you David for I am sitting the fire place today our furnace quit working & cannot get anybody here to fix until late tonight we are FREEZING lol Lots of time for BS today !

Tom those dogs all look real good......man think of all the trophies you could get in bench shows with those dogs........lol.......seriously though, they are call good looking dogs......had the best race of my life last night.....Cain and my dozer female struck at my feet and ran a big bore coon from den tree to den tree for 1.1 miles and had him on the outside, they're def mating.......

The next best thing to do other than coon hunt,we tree six today.

Man they sure are some PURTY dogs you got there. I would say they are the SHOW and GO type.... Looks good .I had a guy and his wife from work go out with me last night thats doing photography and wanted to tag along with me to put some out door pics on his website. I'm looking forward to seeing how they turned out. we had a den tree on the first turn out after loosing the dogs for about 30 minutes and then went to another spot and had a 20 minute track and they slammed the tree and it took about a 1/2 hour for the 3 of us to get to them.They both enjoyed themselves and thanked me for another of lifes adventures....

if it dont rain i am going coon huntting and taking my 14 stiches with me my surgen said i could so i cant wait till saterday night it will be like getting out of jail and my surgen is going to let me call him up a turkey to be killed on tv that will be fun.i made plains for jayson and bill and i to go kill a few hogs but the bad part it will be around augest and it will be over corn piles butt good eating and we plained a gator hunt this year as well but i cant wait to here the first raise and tree saterday night hope you stay worm and soon as i heal up a littel better come on here and hunt a few nights you are always welcom aney time here to hunt.david boggs

Well nothing much going on good luck season is almost over. Except up arround the NY PA border i hear it is in all year up their is their any truth to that Roverdog or do you guys just got summer mange.

Hunted with RJ for 2 turns last Fri night & RJ says What kind of dogs are they lol RJ the 1st pict is where JoJo was found after you left lol Now Rich was with RJ but decided to stay with me & keep hunting & that we did All Night & cold 16* but had a good night with 2 young hounds / I have not hunted with Rich & Splat in a while & I will say Rich has a Nice young hound with a Good mouth ! Had a Good time & Thanks to Rich for wanting to hunt with me again !



Hi zarf we have bad cases of rabies all yr up here NY/Pa border / spidee rabies / Rich0712 rabies / roverdog rabies / Riley Rabies / Robbins rabies / Stones rabies / Wilson rabies & the list goes on & on & on / But the worst case is Coondawg_hunter rabies this takes hundreds lol No mange here just lot's of RABIES

Been hunting for a couple of weeks straight now! Lots of trees, few coon seen! LOL but we are working on that. Gettin my man Beau ready for the spring hunts! He's gonna be a split treein machine here once I get his accuracy taken care of! Weather has been alright too... last night was very windy and rainy, but we sucked it up and treed a couple!

Sorry no pics or videos right now David... I have to upload them all when I get some free time!

Well hunted Mon nite & not much to talk about lol Did Not hunt tonight ! Brite out / windy & cold / Any you loca's treeing Any raccoons these past couple night's ?

JPPotter when I got out of truck to get Rat there was a guy with a shotgun waiting for me lol / his wife was scared seeing the flashing lights on dogs & me backing up & down road a couple times past their house / a land owner new to the area & he liked the dog & was good to me / no hollar or shoot at me ! It was empty but sure sounded Good lol

I may hunt wed nite not for sure yet

glad you had no trubel and meet a new freand heck he mite go now with ya one night.i love thoes flashing lights one knight a state trooper stoped to just look at the lights going through the woods and he said they was a great tool 4 a hunter so we invited him to stay and watch but dogs got gone pretty quick we had just turned loose.that was about a year ago.i knew you was hunting dogs 4 other people and had your hands full rite now or i would have gave you a job with one of mine but i found a young man closer to home so now i can go check on him about aney time.i know i would recomend you to hunt aney mans dog becalws it will be well taken care of and get hunted and you tell the truth.i invited a freand of yours to come here and stay and hunt aney time you and him wounted 2 and it was somthing 8 on the end of his name he pm me and i think he is a good person just like you .if i am not abble to hunt when you come here you can still stay here and jayson will hunt and guied you 2 aney time so dont forget you still got freands here always.hope all is well with you,david boggs

No pics to share ...But we hunted the 2 older females on Monday night and they treed one in about 15 minutes we shined and petted them up and turned loose again.Of course they treed in the other woods like they could see it.We shined that big old oak for awhile only to find a den behind it and a small coon on the tree next to it.Thats when i went into competitiion mode and told my buddy we had us a FLYIN COON...LOL We decided the old girls just pulled up a tree short and leashed them up and hunted towards the truck they both checked back in and we called it a night. Tuesday night i took my pup out by herself and had a nice track, Towards the end she tapped a few trees but would not hook them.After she went treed i let her tree for about 15 minutes while i walked to her with my light out just to see if she would hold it and when i got there and turned my light on it was like a christmas tree all around me we had 3 other coons up in adjoing trees and it took me 5 minutes to find her coon, so i rewarded her for it(nice young boar) and we headed back home by 10:00.Hope everyone else is treein em on the outside aswell...

Hey Joe KY has some great hunting / I can tell you Western KY has small raccoons But they have ALOT of fight in them if they hit the ground alive / that little coon just whipped that dog lol Have had alot of fun hunting KY & look forward to more !

Hi Velocity it sounds like you have a good coon population

Well I hunted Wed night only took Rat / the other hounds have not looked the best as of late & I was thinking Maybe Rat could get 1 treed but was doubting it due to the cold 20* & brite moon / thought it would be a good night to get some exercise on Rat & he got the exercise & TREED 3 RACCOONS / a single & a double all ALONE & these were no popcorn raccoons they were on side of mountain somewhere here in Pa !
