Oh, for you Smoke 1000 bucks should do it but that deal is only good for you.lol Not sure yet. Haven't even thought that far ahead. I'll wait and see what she has first. I am planning on keeping a female for sure. I'll put ya top of the list if ya want one. How'd your fall go. Never made it over your way. Snyder came up a few times but I never made it down there. Hopefully get some some warmer days before it's over.

If they are only 1000 put me down for 2 and Snyder said he would just buy the rest of the litter. Let me know what is going on with them. Made it out quite a few times last week. You can almost always tree coons no matter what the weather if you got enough guts to go out. Dogs looked good. Been pretty good season. Seen some coons running around on the way home from work at about 9 o clock. After deer season is over come down for a hunt.

Ive went when it was bad out. But I think 17 is the coldest. Treed coon too. Moon light even. Like Kent said you just have to have the guts and desire.
Snow storms use to not stop me. Anymore the older I get the more I like better conditions. My ears really get too stinging.
If Duane was hunting he would have me out every night. He likes it when its real cold. When its real cold I always liike to hit the big timbers though.

I heard it is suppose to be around high 40's Fri. Hope this happens. Sure will make a wet mess but the ice will start to thaw.

We need some thaws coming up so the sows will get bred.

Bring on the 40's probably short lived though. Im supposed to be off nights so if the weathers right GAME ON. I think I might be hangin a house this weekend but should still be home around dark. Id like to make it out tommorow, wife's got a family thing at night but afterward Im plannin on makin it out, maybe the deer farm since we can get in there now, If there aint nothin movin there they aint movin. Hey Corey, the guy that owns the land I hunt on in Van Buren county shot a booner during shotgun season but he lost the blood trail and a neighbor found it and claimed it the next day. Guess it was a 14 pointer and scored between 185-190 inches. But I know there's bigger ones than that out there, prolly gonna get the smoker out and go after one of the bigger ones this weekend.

BAD NEWS

Sassy's missing!!! Got loose sometime this morning and ran off with Snip. Been driving around trying to find her but I'd bet she's a long way from here. Hopefully we'll find her tomorrow if nobody calls tonite. Don't need her bred to a mutt.
