She's a nice young dog and I feel like she'll finish into a real coon tree'er. She's tight on the ground, like her mama but I think with age she'll get more open, like her mama did. Brummy isn't tight at all but doesn't bark every time his foot hits the ground either.

NITECH Blue Iron Panic finished her HTX degree last night. She got it in 4 tests without a fault. Congrats to Zeb Myers and Panic!

You get used to handling a certain dog and it's tough to handle a different one, I know.

Tide (BrummyXDaisy) is now owned by Chad Evans, I've hunted with him twice in the last 2 weeks and he's turning the crank. I've really got to stop letting folks talk me out of these nice young dogs off Brummy.

Had a real good hunt with Curt Todd last night. On the first dump we cut Brummy alone. He fell treed at 200 yards with a coon. On the second dump we cut Daisy alone. She struck at about 400 and absolutely smoked a track about 700 yards and treed with a coon. The last dump we cut Yo Ho. She hit the creek, went right handed and at 150 yards jammed a coon. Not a bad night! 3 dumps, 3 wild coons, 3 dogs alone. We're headed to the Hunt Test at Roberta tonight.
