Morning!

Still OK here so far! Winds are beginning to gust and it's a bit wet. Thanks for Prayers! My sister and hubby are staying despite evac. orders in Long Island Mum very worried of course so prayers VERY welcome! Have to say this is the WEIRDEST storm! Animals VERY unsettled. Birds eatting like crazy at the feeders even in the swirling wind and rain...

Randy... stay safe with the snow! SO weird to have such extremes!!!!

Eng. Pkc World ch... COOL! ALWASY love to see an "off breed" win. I tend to like ANY nice coonhound despite color or breeding.... so I'm happy for the winners!

I guess there is a better chance we'll lose power here than I first thought... since some towns here and there are losing power from tree damage... and we DO have some trees near the power lines on the street.... So DO NOT worry if I disappear! I WILL stay inside and safe as can be, have plenty of help, wood for fire etc!

Morning all, back on days so if this storm hurries up and moves out can do some hunting this week.
Hope everyone is safe and is prepared especially up north. I know at work we have three of our terminal closed right now and another two will be closed by this afternoon. Snow hitting all around us but nothing here so far.

Had a great time at Ferrum. Juice was still in heat so did not get to show her. Showed buster and got class win but that was it. He gets to excited and I do not work with him like I should. I know he has potential but I just use him to hunt.
Not too good at treeing contest, 64 barks winner I think was like 120.
Water race went well after first heat. He decided to take a detour on the first heat and got back on track and finished it out. There were two coon hounds and two greyhounds in the final race. I got third line and tree in it. The other hound was my cousin Mike's walker that was up Clifton Forge with me. We all had a good time and just waiting for next year.

Richard they are telling me I've t the cabin thy have a inch of snow right now and more to come later. I am setting 20 minutes from Washington DC working this week and its getting pretty bad but they say the worse is yet to come. Tons if places closing here's hoping Hooters don't close

Yea wind is just starting to pick up here. Richard I don't think we have to worry about snow here. Lots of flooding around Norfolk. Maybe I wont have to go to work tomorrow either.

John my English pup is out of Campus creek Boater and Campus creek annie she won first place in open this year at all english thursday nite. They go back to BLUE tERRY DOG that tom edwards and Terry Goforth owned . I had a half brother to Bo that won 4th in the ukc world in 07 these pups r related.

HI EVERYONE!

We're here and safe! Wind still whipping. I guess Wrentham had a 66 mph gust... sure sounds like it's been more! lol... Weird to watch weather channel and see the AWFUL storm in OTHER areas while our winds whip..... Mum fine last time I talked to her but TOTALLY freaked out about my sister... Not sure when she last heard from her.... they still have a while till the next high tide and I'm trying not to think about it at this point....
We lost power for a few seconds... and are Real lucky cause lots of power out in area. Bob and I each RAN up to take our showers QUICK after the breif outage... cause we didn't wanna go without if possible...lol...
Praying HARD for all in the areas that have been damaged and destroyed. Many prayers for the families of the 2 NOT saved from the Tall Ship, the Bounty... I see they just recovered one missing who was "unresponsive" and are still looking for the Capt. Hope they find him for his family's sake!
Sitting here now enjoying a nice fire in the fireplace and chilling. Bob got home early and will go to work late tomorrow so we'll stay up and watch a movie IF the power stays on and Bob ever finds one to watch...LOL... he's been looking about ten minutes now!
