A blonde is overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet.

"I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat the procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds."

When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds.

"Why, that's amazing!" the doctor says. "Did you follow my instructions?"

The blonde nods. "I'll tell you, though, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day." "From hunger, you mean?" said the doctor.

"No, fromall the skipping," replied the blonde

Hey there

Hi Guys and Gals,

Thanks on the pix... sorry so many all at once!

Storm.... lots of MA prep in advance. They say it may land around NJ at this point and should have some effect on some of us here. May be wind and rain for us. My sister on the North Shore of Boston is safe, way up high above the ocean and she will have SOME show to watch with waves! Her former boyfriend, Sam(still very good friend and family to us) moved all his lobster pots out to deeper waters. I think his boat was being put onto land too. They started prep a couple days ago. WIth the "perfect storm" hitting his town hard years ago... they are careful but also not too concerned. It's a living for most of them....and they know the risks too. I have NOTHING scheduled NW since Bob will have to use the truck all week with the rain....lol... he really enjoyed a beautiful week with 65-70 much of it.... next week not so good.....
I'm hoping that the storm is way weaker here in the US and spares people and property!

May get back later or not? BUSY weekend... tomorrow work will be cut short....my sisters will be at Mums anyway so I wont get much done. Bob and I have a "soft opening" to attend at a restaurant. We were invited by a friend. THis is a 2nd location of a GREAT MExican rest. we LOVE so we're psyched! YUM! But I'll be going from early in the am and late in the night so... I may be comatose on Sunday...if so I'll see y'all on Monday!
Have a Great night, Peaceful weekend and HappyHunting if you make it out to the woods!

Heather

We are not suppose to get any rain out of it. Hasnt got as windy ( just a breeze blowing ) as they said we would get. Just talked to a Friend that left Jacksonville yesterday around 4, said it was picking up pretty good over there. The GA-FLA game is this afternoon, they are predicting high winds for it. They play it in Jacksonville every year, know as the world's largest outdoor cocktail party

Hey All!

Great Pix of the Great North BB! Beautiful land and those purty dawgs!

Hope all of you are safe from the storm. So far souns like we'll get some good wind and some rain here at home. My sister on the North Shore will sure have some NICE surf to see...lucky dawg. Of course I hope she all all her freinds will be safe! My mum SHOULD be ok at her house. My sister Martha in Long Island on the other hand IS in harms way as of now. Irene had their house and neighborhood surrounded by ocean water....and this sounds like it will hit them harder. My mother asked us all to pray for them. Martha left early this morning from Mums to go home....and I could hear Mums worry.
I never did make it in to Brookline yesterday to work and visit since I have a cold and wont risk my mum's health to make a few bucks or visit.... We DID make the soft opening at the Mexican restaurant and DO NOT REGRET IT! Man the food was GREAT! I got chicken Smothered in FRESH onions and peppers and a garlic butter sauce....it was SO GOOD I gave Bob a TINY taste...packed up half of the HUGE portion for breakfast and ate it cold this am....and when Bob got in from chores I let him.....LICK the plate! LOL.... It was even better today cold! THe rice and blackbeans were fully inhaled last night...lol... AND had dessert too... some sort of Mex. fried dough with cinnamon and sugar...and the Nachos for appetizer wwere amazing and for once I ate some guacamole... which I normally HATE...caus eit was FRESH and it was incredible!
All in all a grat meal and great time. Very nice to visit with our carpenter Mike..who has been SO BUSY building the bars and tables etc...that we hadn't seen him lately! He did a Gorgeous job! We also got to see the slab of wood he put claims on in the basement of the rest. for our Mantle! WOW!
Well, I sure hope we ALL have power thru the storm and that all stay safe. Please say a prayer for My sister and her husband...and their home. Also add one for Mummy if you would. She rarely sounds so worried about weather as she's lived thru a LOT of storms in her long life.

Thanks all! Talk to you later, Heather

PS... GO PATS! lol... in England...so weird.....
