Yeah i would say u had a dang good hunt!! About 22 deg. here last nite ground still frozen. But turned loose anyway. Mistake!! Made a den @ about 600yrds. & i was done!! froze my tail off!! Lol

22 degrees is chilly for my taste too! It was in the high 30s here. Just about perfect for wearing a hoodie and not sweating.

Last night was a crazy night. We had a fog roll in, and the temps varied from 0 all the way to 22. I'm not talking about throughout the night, I'm talking drive down the road see 0, then 5, then 17, then 22, then 10, and then 0 again. That was all within a couple miles. Mother Nature is definitely a female!!!

That is WILD. I've never heard of a temp swing like that.

Curt came up this weekend and we had a good hunt Saturday night. Sunday we went and met Michael Radcliffe in SC to get my pups off his Judy female. On the way home the alternator on my truck went out. We were able to walk to Advanced Auto and get a new one. About the time we got back to the truck the flood gates opened. Changing an alternator in the dark while it's raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock is not a fun time. We got it though and made it back home not too much worse for the wear.

Curt took a little female off Brummy and Judy home with him, she's a fire cracker at 7 weeks.

I'm headed to Albany with Brummy Saturday night to the RQE. With all the talk on the board about what it takes to win, I'm about convinced there isn't a Blue dog capable of winning the BIG one, but I reckon I'll go donate my money anyway.
