Thanks ya'll, she looked real good Friday night. She won with 512.5+ 0- 0 circle which won 5th place overall, 3rd place Registered, High Scoring Bluetick female and overall High Scoring Bluetick of the Grand American. The closest dog to her in the cast had 175.

BIG thanks to Ed Bridges for giving me the chance to own half of Missy, I like her.

Saturday night we didn't get a good guide, we made one den tree in 2 hours of hunting, went 51 minutes without a bark on the 2nd dump.

Curt and Brummy didn't do any good, Curt said he looked good but couldn't catch a break.

We had a lot of fun, met some new friends and got to visit with some old friends.

I forgot to mention Zeb stopped by here Wednesday night and I got to hunt with Panic. She's everything I've been told.

On the first dump she strikes at 200 yards and Brummy strikes at 500, they're running their tracks in the same direction and I'm thinking that Panic just picked the track up closer to us. They get to about 800 yards and fall treed. We get in there to them and they're split 30 yards apart, both with coons and neither feeling an ounce of pressure. We cut Brummy and Missy on drop 2 and they strike at around 900 yards and run a short hot track and tree together with a coon. On the 3rd dump we cut Panic and Missy and they strike a bad track. I was super impressed with Panic's ability to get her head up and drift the track on out and get treed with the coon.

4 drops with 4 coons seen and it wasn't taking them long to do it. We had a real good time.

Panic is far and away the loudest female I've ever been to the woods with. Which I guess shouldn't surprise me as Zeb is legally deaf, wears hearing aids in both ears and has won over 70% of the casts he's had her in.

We've got good things going on with these Brummy pups. Give him a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I'm gonna make him famous bragging on how good a puppy man he is! Zeb Myers is good people, I'm honored to call him friend. He sure has taken a shine to the pup he got from ya'll.

Well folks, It wont be long and this cross will be made! Bess is due to come in in a couple months. After purchasing her I decided I would do a little background research on her.

I came to find out Bess made NtCh in three hunts, has has one litter of six pups and produced one NtCh.

These pups should have no problem getting the job done in the hunts. Im SUPER excited about getting one of these.

Might just be me, but it looks like a stud dog pedigree!

I hated to see it moved from Albany but from the sounds of it Batesville will be a good place for it, bearing it's not flooded out.

Yep Curt, Tyler is bringing his Ann female back to see Brummy. The first cross every puppy that was hunted will run and tree their own coon, this is the cross Dan is out of, Dan is NICE. We're excited about getting her bred again.

This cross on Bess should really click, if you're a fan of Jet bred dogs it doesn't get much better than how these pups will be bred.

Thats what I thought! Those pups will make a nice outcross pup for someone!

As far as the Brummy x Bess cross goes. You're exactly right. In the fourth generation you see Jet V, Jet 6, and Hammer XVIII to name a couple

Brummy says he's ready for Bess and Ann to come visit!

We have been getting good reports on the BrummyXDaisy cross, they're just shy of 8 months old and several of them have treed their own coon. I got to hunt with Dwayne's Swag last Saturday night and he impressed me. Curt is bring YoHo up this weekend, she treed 2 by herself night before last.

Me and Curt had one of the better hunts I've had in a long time last night.

On the first deal we cut Brummy, Curt's Night Champion Black dog Molly and YoHo (BrummyXDaisy). Brummy and Molly got through the country in a hurry, YoHo hunted out good but evenually came back. Brummy and Molly get treed at .7 miles. We get to them and they're split 50 yards apart, both with coons.

The next dump we cut Brummy, Molly and Tide (BrummyXDaisy) Brummy and Molly run off and leave Tide, Tide hunts out but wasn't with them. They come treed at 700 yards with a coon. Tide is in the area but doesn't tree.

The next deal we cut Brummy, Molly and YoHo. Brummy strikes and swings left handed 300 yards and dies on the wood. About the time Brummy comes treed Molly and Ho strike deeper in and hard right handed. We start to Brummy and about the time we get to Brummy YoHo rolls up treed about 400 yards right handed with Molly covering. Brummy had a den and Yoho and Molly had a coon. We cut from that tree and Brummy and Molly get through the country again. YoHo goes left handed and Brummy and Molly stick to the creek and move out. Molly gets treed with a coon at .6 miles, Brummy is deeper and left handed, we catch him crossing a road. We had called YoHo in so we could drive to Molly.

The next dump we cut YoHo and Brummy, Brummy strikes at 600 yards with YoHo right behind him. They drive a good track 300 yards and nail it. Brummy starts his locate and YoHo is throwing hers before Brummy is finished with his. They have a coon.

We finished the night 6 for 7. We knocked a couple out and had a BLAST. YoHo turns 8 months old today. She impressed me. She's still young, but she's got as much potential as any pup I've ever seen and my Lord what a tree dog.
