Once upon a time, a blonde became so sick of hearing blonde jokes that she had her hair cut and dyed brown. A few days later, as she was driving around the countryside, she stopped her car to let a flock of sheep pass. Admiring the cute woolly creatures, she said to the shepherd, "If I can guess how many sheep you have, can I take one?" The shepherd, always the gentleman replied, "Of course." The blonde thought for a moment and for no discernible reason said, "352." This being the correct number, the shepherd was, understandably, totally amazed and exclaimed, "You're right! O.K., I'll keep to my end of the deal. Take your pick of my flock." The blonde carefully considered the entire flock and finally picked one that was by far cuter and more playful than any of the others. When she was done, the shepherd turned to her and said, "O.K., now I have a proposition for you. If I can guess your true hair color, can I have my dog back?

HappyFriday!

The Concert... it was AWESOME! EVen if nothing else had happened the encore alone was totally worth the trip! Bob and I drove thru nice countryside in CT and wondered where ALL the critters were...finally saw some horses, cows and then what I THOUGHT was 3 deer in a big field off the road... Then we saw 2 RIGHT at roadside! Seeing their fall color made us say the 3 in the distance were def. deer too! YAY! We saw critters!
Got to the Casino in Ct and it was pretty nice. Beautiful buildings, nice WAY too expensive mall, resteraunts etc... Bob won 4 bucks on slots, someone offered us better... WAY better seats and we said NO???? and wondered WHY after LOL... OUR seats were high up BUT front row up there with a GREAT foot rest! We could see fine, the place was small. The concert was AWESOME...then Bob won 2 more bucks and we arrived safely at home! I slept a good deal of today...lol... IT WAS GLORIOUS! I went outside for a while a couple times when not napping... and it was so nice I hated to think... not so many days like that left!
OH.... and the dawgs... yesterday they nearly killed one of my favorite feral cats! Oops... I let them run out in the field where the chix used to live and I gues Mr MeowMeow was in the old coop. All was fine till Webster went in there...Daisy was obviously treeing the cat in there... and now it was cornered and tried to run... a lil tiny bit or fur flew... and Web was foaming at the mouth. This is my cat LOVING dog indoors... Daisy was insane and they chased it across the big pen, up the fence and had it treed in the old "marshmellow tree" where I used to have cams....Poor kitty! He was fine but Webster was Prancing SO proud.... I hope he will be ok with indoor cats once Daisy leaves????lol....
Now I have a busy weekend... work tomorrow etc... so I'll see ya when I see ya!

corky i think charles m. won the treeing contest. the pic of the bluetick pup you looked at didn;t come out good enough to post. we finished up about 4. it was nice meeting the bluetick man from franklin co. the trip was good because of the nice big bear i seen on the way down, he was really pretty. see ya
