Don't let the pr thing stop you a good cross is a good cross if you think they would complement each other or you think J-Lee has something to offer her or the cross I say do it cuz if we do the right thing the titles will come later titles are great but should never be the only reason you breed in my book if that was the case I would not have J-Lee and Goose!!!If you want to hunt with J-Lee to see if he's the dog for you I will be glad to take you and you can see him go anyway you want as much as you want I will not sugar coat it or make excuses he will speak for himself!!I will call you later thanks.

I am not knocking the all grand thing or titles cuz if its done right and is legit it is a great tool and accomplishment and if it can be done in the proper manner it should be done but a good cross is a good cross period and should only be made with the intent of the off spring being what is desired by the two making the cross not the public thoughts or just to try and sale pups I can and will let anyone hunt with young dogs that are out of pr females that can tree coon and will win at the hunts anytime anyone would like to come by for a hunt..Just didn't want anyone to take the above statement wrong I was not and will not bash the all grand or titled thing and love to see people out running there dogs at the hunts trying to achieve the titles and I do encourage anyone to try comp hunting if you have not it is alot of fun and not as bad as everyone always makes it out to be I have met alot of great people through the hunts...Thanks for reading..

Might be the problem took a pain pill for my knee earlier them things make me crazier!!!

Buddy I agree about the traits I think thats just a good rule of thumb no guarantee just a good place to start..Its exciting to try diffrent things and crosses just to see if that once in a life time typ shows up a man never knows...

I think it would be a great cross...j Lee will sure put tracking ability and drive into your pup.

I have a 12 year old female off of jones big woods jess witch is out of your jess dog boy would I like to get another dog out of these blood line let me know if you have any pups coming . This female I have is by far one of the best dog I have ever ben in the woods with never comp. Hunted her till now at 12 she has won every time out

Glad to hear stuff like this glad you got the chance to enjoy her sounds like she has been a good girl for you..Actually I just bought a J-Lee daughter back and plan on breeding her to some semen out of Jone's Big Woods Redman when she comes in..I also plan on breeding another J-Lee daughter to Top Gun this year as well if anything like this would help you give me a holler..Thanks for posting..

boy I wish she could be I should of two years ago dave hankel owned her most off her life I've hunted with her the past 5 year now just didn't know what I really had till I started hunting younger dogs now she could tree coon any night here in WI. Nights that I didn't want to even be out

Ya David told me about her at the zones last year them are the kinda females I would love to breed to him but they are bout all gone now the goodones always get old way to quick..

Thats mother natures way of saying leave her alone shes done her job...Have you ever had a proges test done on her when she is in to see if she is still peaking?Some females just dont like a male on them even when they are red hot but once they hook them they are fine..

no I haven't dave said last time he bread her he had to tie her head up so she didn't fight the male I can get one of her daughters from a guy around here she is 8 and her sir was outlaw oppie daves gran night dog he had the dog was used on bear only but is his best dog he said he's got out of hunting now
