Courtney I think that will be a very good cross , there should be some really nice dogs come out of that cross ,,to really nice dogs bred together
Courtney needs no introduction to the coon dog world, as he has owned several nice stud dogs in the past and made multiple crosses that have helped better the Walker breed. The Lizzy female Courtney is breeding to History is an amazing reproducer. I can assure you Courtney has done his research and found something in the bloodlines of this cross that will continue to better the Treeing Walker breed. I want to thank Courtney for allowing me to get in on this cross early and pre-book a pup. If anyone else is interested in Makin History! I would not hesitate, call Courtney as soon as possible and book a pup.

Guys I have been hunting a Bluetick female for Steven ,, Her name is Baby 6 she got in at the Super stakes and just won Queen of the hunt at the Zone 5 BBOA Championship,, She is about as nice a hound you would want to cut loose , Big Hunt , opens quick ,cold nose , and has them coon , I sure hope Steven breeds her to History when she comes in heat ,, if he don't and he breeds her to a Bluetick , she sure will help the Bluetick breed .
Now that would be an interesting cross! Six has no reverse that is for sure.

Tim looks like he is going to be a nice one.
Tim he sure looks good,, had a guy call me about a sister to money and on her 4th night in the woods she treed with the dogs and split and had a house cat , he is going to sale her because he don't like the sound of her mouth,, she is paid up all the way with DNA done , this is another really good cross on History. Sunrise and Wipeout works again ,,
I just got a pup for my son that is out of a litter mate to Sun Making History. The sire to my son's pup is a dog named Poison Whiskey. He's a grand nite champion in UKC and a silver champion in PKC. I was just curious if any of y'all would know how any of the other dogs from that litter turned out. Looks like it might have been a good cross with at least history and one of his brothers being titled. Thanks for your help. Hope this is alright to ask. Don't mean to start anything or take anything away from history. Just curious. That's all.

There was only 2 pups in History's litter , History and a dog named Rage ,, Whiskey was a very nice hound at about 2 years old he was a man made dog , Brad had him at 10 or 11 mos old , he wouldn't stay treed but could tree a coon so fast and make it look ez , and he got sold around and Ricky Cockman got his hands on him and he trained him , he put the leg work into him and when he got done Whiskey was a coondog , History was alot like Whiskey but History would stay treed ,and didn't have to be made just coon hunted , Whiskey was a trailing type dog were History is a blow through the country type dog , that cross was made 4 times with titled dogs out of every cross. Not trying to take anything away from either dog ,cause both are coondogs .
Great info on Whiskey Gary. I hunted against him in a couple of hunts when Ricky was handling him for Craig and he was coondog for sure. I know one thing for sure, you don't have to worry about History pups staying treed. The pups I have hunted with have been pure naturals!

I really appreciate the information guys. It must have been a good cross to make it 4 times. I have never hunted with whiskey but heard he was a coon treeing machine. I believe whiskey is in Mississippi now. That's where I got my son's pup. The man I got him from is a good friend with the guy that owns whiskey. I don't know if y'all have persimon trees where y'all live but there all over here in the south and coons love them. Unfortunately most of the time when a dog trees on one, the coon ain't there. From what I've heard whiskey has treed up several persimon trees and has had the coon most of the time. I had never heard of him till these pups. I don't know how many or if he has anymore pups on the ground or how they would be doing. I appreciate all the info. Whiskey sound like a good dog. I really don't know anything about History but he sounds very nice as well. I've looked at y'all thread some. The man I got this pup from had a female out of History that he liked alot but sold her. He said that she was a get through the country type dog too.

Yea , Chase that was a really good cross , and about all of them dogs out of that cross were COON TREERS ,, I heard Whiskey had some nice pups on the ground , they tried to get me to hunt pups off Whiskey but I was always scared to try one because he was man made , but it turned out that he through some nice dogs , so I was wrong,, lol
Well that's good. I don't know much about tequila sunrise but there must be a reason he's on the reproducer list. I appreciate all the information you and your friends give me. I hope our whiskey pup turns out. Thanks again and best of luck with History.
