Took Grace, BeBe, Candy, Icon, and Plug last night. We had pups all over the mountain lol. Grace did an awesome job and had one treed about 1/2 mile behind us while the pups were working their own track.it sure sounded good on that mountain listening to them till the rain set in.

Grace made 1 tree and had one in a brush pile last night. Sparky and Candy got deep to the west of us so we gathered Icon and bebe up to drive around the section to them. Shortly after arriving they got treed and had the coon. I used that coon to make a good drag and put it up a big oak. We cut the pups loose and they quickly picked up on the scent striking in short order. They worked it out and got treed hard. It sure is fun to watch young pups develope and do what they are breed to do.

Last night was no fun at all. We had pups in every direction all over the mountain lol. Grace decided to grab another gear and get away from the pups so she ended up a mile and a half over another hill treed. Chris and Larry had to drive around the highway to get her while I gathered pups. Grace as usuall had a coon treed on the outside looking down. Its not as fun as some would think to have dogs that want to be by themselves all the time especially in the mountains.

Had a great hunt last night with Larry, Chris, and James Lacey. All four dogs seemed to have been on the same track but got split in 3 directions and seen 3 coon. First tree we came to was a den that we climbed up and looked into that Crocket and Brother Lacey's gyp were on. The next tree Sparky had one in fork on the outside. The last one Grace had the boar stretched out on the creek bank .it was a great time with great friends and some nice hounds.

I sure enjoyed our hunt last night brother Eddie. It's nice when four men with four hounds can go the woods together and have good time.

I have been reading all your post. The weather up here has been terrible and all Timmy and I have got done is work and internet coon hunt.LOL
Just got back in the woods a couple of weeks ago. Havein fun hunting our young dogs.
Got the old man out a time or two and he put it on the pups. Even on a good night with pups its relaxing to turn out the old dog and see real dog work.
Hope to see you down the road this year. Zone 4 is in our back yard again so get Croc amd them pups qualified and we will see you again.

Pr Southern Thunder's Amazing Grace HTX and Chris Pugh won 1st place last night at the Western English Spring Classic. she competed with 22 open registered dogs last night. Proud of the them both! She is out of Crocket x Misty and is from the 2 year old litter.
