Rambler is a great hound. It's been a blast hunting him for Tom. He is a split tree artist! If you are looking to breed a female consider Rambler and Tom. First class hound and first class owner!
Anyone with any questions can call me anytime, I don't own an ounce of Rambler, but would love to see him get some more pups on the ground because it would certainly better the Walker breed right now!

Rambler picked up a PKC win at New Phila tonight. Treed the only coon of the cast and caught another on the ground.

Rambler did an outstanding job tonight at english days, was tied with 500 plus with 20 min to go and I knew I needed a first tree and pushed him and took a minus then found out a woven wire fence was what the factor but he still split treed again with a coon. Dog did awesome total handler error! Rambler had 4 split trees with 4 coons!

People should really check this dog out and consider breeding to him he is a great coondog!

JJ, you have done a GREAT JOB with that hound!!! If Rambler has a hole in him it's that he dosen't get his mouth open quick enough. Not your fault!!! When he wins it's always by treeing more coon than the other dogs. Not by getting first strike, and treeing with the other dogs. He always wins with tree points not strike points. AS for fence barking I'm glad to see he is carrying on the faimly tradition. His grandma (Samantha) was known for that when she was young. Doug tells the stories better than I do. But there are some good ones. Sam turned into the best thing by far I was ever in the woods with. That might not be saying a whole lot though.

I sure do appericate all the time, and effort You have put into him!!! You have done far more to promote him than ,I could have.

Rambler had a great weekend at English Days just couldn't get the breaks he needed. He made 6 trees for the weekend and we saw 6 coon. They were all split trees. I knew Rambler was a good hound, but he really opened my eyes this weekend.

DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS DOG, IF YOU INDPENDENCE AND ACCUARCY LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!

Rambler is here at my house for a little while longer bring your measuring stick and come see him go you will be impressed!

pleasure hunt 6-13

Took Rambler out tonight, treed two in some tuff cutover timber with big creeks running through some hilly territory. Put a third in an old broken down cabin. He looked tough again tonight.

Pleasure Hunt 6-18...3 trees 3 coon in 48 minutes

First Tree

Look almost in the center, 2 high beams staring at ya!

Rambler looked outstanding tonight. Cut him loose at 9:48 in a strip mine reclaim, went about 140 yards and treed a lay up. Walked him a minute off that tree and cut him on top of the hill, thought he was going back to first tree pulled up 50 yards from it and had another. Walked on back in the woods and he went about 300 yards and had another in a small cherry tree, definatley chased that one up it because it was way too much coon for that little tree.Had a 20 minute drive and was back at the house by 11:15! Each night I cut this dog he puts on a show, he is 150% coondog and can win any hunt or fill any hide hunters barn wall!

Pups sure are lookin' nice. Holly must be doing a fine job with them. They sure do look fat and slick!! They will be the perfect age for this coming spring, should be exciting!!

Ran track about 575 yards thru cutover timber and then treed along a bean field with a big sow and a couple kits.
