UKC has the 125 and PKC has the countdown. If you want to hunt a count down go hunt PKC. If your getting beat by a"me too" dog you must be hunting a silent dog and should be scratched anyhow.
My cast last night we scored on 9 coon. I had 3 first tree's the dog that won the cast had 5 and the third dog had 1. Handler of winning dog kept mentioning the count down would have put my dog out of the running of this particular cast. My dog covered his dog 3 times and his dog covered mine 3 times. The better dog won the cast this night and does on most nights.
