Hey Timmy, I have been accused of being Ben or Wipe but I'm not. Then someone (was it you?) put a list of new members wondering if Ben or Wipe was one of them.

Surely Ben or Wipe wouldn't live near a place called Liberal Creek.

I guess my only question might be is ANYONE that provides information that isn't Liberal or Socialist automatically accused of being Ben or Wipe or whoever calls a spade a spade?

At least we can agree on taking a kid hunting. I believe we should take them to the polls with us also so they can see it is important to exercise our right to vote while we still have it.

OBAMA'S AMERICA/ Fox News article

PREPARE for a new America: That's the message that the Rev. Jesse Jackson conveyed to participants in the first World Policy Forum, held at this French lakeside resort last week.

He promised "fundamental changes" in US foreign policy - saying America must "heal wounds" it has caused to other nations, revive its alliances and apologize for the "arrogance of the Bush administration."

The most important change would occur in the Middle East, where "decades of putting Israel's interests first" would end.

Jackson believes that, although "Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades" remain strong, they'll lose a great deal of their clout when Barack Obama enters the White House.

"Obama is about change," Jackson told me in a wide-ranging conversation. "And the change that Obama promises is not limited to what we do in America itself. It is a change of the way America looks at the world and its place in it."

Jackson warns that he isn't an Obama confidant or adviser, "just a supporter." But he adds that Obama has been "a neighbor or, better still, a member of the family." Jackson's son has been a close friend of Obama for years, and Jackson's daughter went to school with Obama's wife Michelle.

"We helped him start his career," says Jackson. "And then we were always there to help him move ahead. He is the continuation of our struggle for justice not only for the black people but also for all those who have been wronged."

Will Obama's election close the chapter of black grievances linked to memories of slavery? The reverend takes a deep breath and waits a long time before responding.

"No, that chapter won't be closed," he says. "However, Obama's victory will be a huge step in the direction we have wanted America to take for decades."

Jackson rejects any suggestion that Obama was influenced by Marxist ideas in his youth. "I see no evidence of that," he says. "Obama's thirst for justice and equality is rooted in his black culture."

But is Obama - who's not a descendant of slaves - truly a typical American black?

Jackson emphatically answers yes: "You don't need to be a descendant of slaves to experience the oppression, the suffocating injustice and the ugly racism that exists in our society," he says. "Obama experienced the same environment as all American blacks did. It was nonsense to suggest that he was somehow not black enough to feel the pain."

Is Jackson worried about the "Bradley effect" - that people may be telling pollsters they favor the black candidate, but won't end up voting for him?

Wow! I was warned by a couple of you guys that I would be called "ben" and "wipe" after my 2nd or 3rd post. Weird, eh?

I find it very disappointing that a person can't provide information or express an opinion without being accused of being someone that they are not, I will pray for you.

I agree wholeheartedly . Lets make everyone use their real name. eh. So when we see a name of someone who supported Obama for president on this talk forum at a local hunt or club we can ask them to not participate in the sport they voted against, eh.

If McCain gets in as president I'm packin' up and leaving this country. Lock, stock and barrel. The combination of McCain and Palin is a lethal one and we all will pay the price.

OH and to Liberalcreek....someone tries that with one of my kids or myself at a hunt...they'll have problems.

How can that be if you are out of the country? Didn't another famous American say he was going to leave the country a few years ago? Baldwin??

My friend the lethal force is Obama/Biden. All I can say is if your boys win, it won't be long before I and others will be saying. "I TOLD YOU SO!"

Timmy, HOW can you be so sure that Ben has taken another form?? I was accused by more then one or two of being Ben or Wipe or Wiped Out who ever it is. So when others are so sure and I KNOW they are wrong I wonder CAN'T others be mistaken too?

It looks like anyone that wants to provide information that leans in favor of the right instead of left better be prepared to be called someone they are not. Something just doesn't seem fair about that. What do you think??

Hey trackdriver, are you kin to Wingnut? I sense the same anger issues in your writings as I do with TrulyTerroristWingnut. Maybe you two are the same people? Is that possible?? Heck maybe both of you guys are actually Ben or Wipe. Just trying to confuse us here.

Now I am confused again.

ps If your boys win no one will be able to afford to go to hunts anyway. Besides that the Socialist Dems in time will take your dogs away. It just isn't right to chase and scare those little coons. Your time could be spent better working more so you can pay more taxes that the Socialist Dems will use to save the world.

And again in time I and others will say "I TOLD YOU SO!"

Really eh?? Wasnt it the Democrats who wanted to do away with individualism?? Wasnt it Obama who wants everyone to be equal? Wasnt it Obama who told a plumber barely making $50,000 a year that he was going to take his wealth and share it with those below him?

I dont want control of people and their lives, eh. I just want them to vote like an American and quit supporting these political malcontents who are not wanting the America we know as the land of the free and the home of the brave. eh.

How is is that you can claim to be wanting freedom eh, yet you are aligning yourself with the Washington folks that are against personal freedoms?

I joined this forum looking for a leopard hound and not really thinking much about the election , eh . All of these posts got me to learning about what these two Jones's are all about. I researched some myself eh. I looked at the voting records and accomplishments in office of these two rascals. eh. I dont believe I can live with myself or look my grandchildren in the eye knowing I voted for a man like barak Obama, eh. Now maybe you can. I dont see how that can be , eh? I put my belief in God, though not what it should be, my family, my grandchildren, and my personal freedoms at the top of my list of issues. I cant vote for Obama and be true to them and my country. eh.

Maybe you can. Maybe your convictions arent what mine are. But being an American used to mean something. eh. Being an American used to mean voting for a man who was FOR America, For freedom, and for our 200+ year rights for freedom, guns, and faith. Being an Americna used to mean being strong, facing the worlds evils head on and showing other countries that freedom is worth dying for.

From what I can tell about Obama's voting record eh, he is against what I believe in and what breathed life into this country, eh.

So you feel free to waltz into your voting precinct and vote for Obama, eh. I cant/wont do it.

One Question

What happens when McCain croaks and we are left with the queen of the rednecks?

Look into it.

Never mind the fact that other American patriots have had Arabic names, like General Omar Bradley, Army Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. The usage of Obama’s middle name in an effort to tie him to international terrorists (as they have attempted to in the past), is symbolic of just how desperate McCain and his GOP shills are getting these days.

What about Obama's buddy Tony Rezko who was named entrepreneur of the decade by the arab american business and professional association who has been convicted of fraud but received $3.5 million from Lebanon before his trial and oh by the way Rezko is from Syria, real pals of the USA. Or maybe his other friend Robert Malley, Egyptian born, that has ties to Hamas( a terrorist organization backed by Iran) and says that talks between Israel and the palestinians should include Hamas. Or maybe Obama and Rezko's sugar daddy Nadhmi Auchi a British billionaire born in Iraq and was a member of Sadaam Hussein's baath party that sold ships to Sadaam. He also has convicted of fraud but that is Ok with Barack and Michelle because they attended a party at Rezko's to honor this guy. He is also president of the Anglo Arab Organization. And as if that isn't enough what about Obama's Pakistani college buddies that he visited in Pakistan, Mohammed Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, they have both raised money for his campaign. Obama always talks about coming up poor and being raised by a single mom yet he was able to attend Harvard and Columbia Universities and travel the world in the summers. I wonder where he got his funding? We don't even need to talk about Bill Ayers

Huh? I must not get what you are meaning. I cant see any cons with a pro gun, pro hunting, HUNTER, who has a long history of cleaning up corrupt Govt's and using common sense to oversee the taxpayers money.

For the life of me, I cant see any cons with Palin being at the reigns of this country. The more I read up on Obama, the more I realize just how dangerous he is for this great land of ours.
