Willow on the wood with the ringtail

Rambler on same tree with Willow

as for the yote's lets set the story straight...someone in a previous post didnt tell the whole thing (imagine that coming from him) seems somebody got behind going to the tree, I heard the yokes hollaring and stopped but they seem to me to be a ridge over, seen WB light above me and figure things were good so i went on to the dogs then when he show up with his version of they were all around me and you left me I said heck yeah I figured big as you are they would make a good meal out of you and leave me alone. After gathering up the dogs and spotting the coon we went on to the truck. By the way WB beat me to the truck, that has happened maybe twice in twenty years...LOL

Corky Link said that's what his hurry was to get to the tree Rambler was getting heavy carting him in to the tree he said that's why him and Fuzzy took off so quick when the yotes started

Thanks Dan. I just got back into Coon hunting at the end of last year and just started looking around on this board and recognized your pic. We went down on the farm at the end of kill season and had some good luck. Treed 4 times. 2 good and 2 dens. Looking forward to a new year. I have 2 new young dogs to start training.

Walkers for me. I have been hunting with Chad Sink and Brian Sink. They have 2 more Walkers and an English dog. Your more than welcome. I'll let you know when we start going. It's still a little to hot for me. And I don't like snakes either.

Good afternoon everyone. Middle 80's and sunny here.

Shannon - Thanks for the kind words, I really enjoy everyone on this thread. This is a great bunch of people. I hope to meet some (or all) of you sometime. If anyone ever comes to Ohio you have an open invitation to stop in. I hope Lindz hits it big.

Corky - I enjoy all the pictures, keep em coming. You better not let Shannon know where that herd of deer are grazing. Lol!

Heather - I like that name ScairdyCat.

wbond & DL - We have Yote problems here also. Me and my buddy had to get our Vet out of bed in the middle of the night this spring to patch our dogs up.

dpeery - welcome aboard.

I used to hunt walkers but I wore out to many pairs of boots following them.

Very important financial information!

If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago,
you would have $49.00 today!
If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in AIG one year ago, you would
have $33.00 today.
If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Lehman Brothers one year ago,
you would have $0.00 today.
But, if you had purchased $1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all
the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for the recycling refund,
you would have received $214.00.
Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink
heavily & recycle. It is called the 401-Keg plan.

And, as a bonus... A recent study found that the average American
walks about 900 miles a year. Another study found that, on average,
Americans drink 22 gallons of alcohol a year.
That means that the average American gets about 41 miles to the gallon!
Makes you darned proud to be an American!
