Corky that is a GOOD pile o wood you got going there! Loota work but sure worth it!!!

CHilly here... but I was inside all day as the cable guyS worked on setting up our cable with new dvr boxes... Our wiring is... Complicated to say the least. They finally got it all done but ironically the email system was down... all around the region...lol... We have been playing with dvr and settings and such all pm...lol... Tried to connect the upstairs tv to the internet... cause that would be WAY COOL... and realized the wireless router is too far away... was thinking I could wake in the middle of the night and get on here if I was bored thru the smart tv...lol.. (we got it "free" with points from a credit card we pay the college bills with)... Someday that tv will be downstairs NEAR the router... but not for now. I think I killed at least an hour with my attempts...lol... I AM feeling well and tomorrow I plan to get back with the treadmill and go to mums this weekend etc.
OH... one of the cable guys was from Mississippi and knew coonhunting well...and used to run beagles etc. That made my day when I heard his BEAUTIFUL accent! We talked hound....as he was leaving he turned back, smiled and said... You KNOW you'll have another before long... It was sweet.........
Prayers for ALL in Need! STAY WARM SOUTHERNERS although.. maybe James could use some SNOW? lol... One of my friends in SC had more snow than WE DID! Go figure!

Good morning everyone !
I love the pictures everyone ! Looks like wb , link and john had a great hunt and visit ... I hope john didn't learn any bad habits ! And all his neighbors still are his friends !!! Lol
James good jokes as usual !! Do you still have that ac on ? It's freaking COLD !! It's 29 here this morning ... I feel for the hounds outside !!! of course Molly is warm snuggled next to her momma !!!

Corky !!!!! You shouldn't be in the big lord tree .. I worry about you !! You be careful up there !!! Looks like LOTS of work but great fire wood !! I remember begging my dad to let me stay home from school to help him cut and gather fire wood .. He did take me and my job was to stand the wood up in a line while he came behind me and split it .. Then I had to stack it in his truck a curtain way in the truck ... When deer hunting I always think about those memories and the smell of wood !!! We had a fire yesterday and last night .. And I didn't move for hours !!! Nothing like a good fire in the fire place and Christmas movies with a cup of coffee !!!!!!! Yay yay !!! I love the holiday season !!! Bring much joy and fond memories !!!!!

Had a blast a big Thanks to John and Sue wow had a great time and some wonderful home cooked meals lets see turtle pork chops lasagna ham bacon eggs some great food and hunting when I get my pictures off my camera down loaded to night I will post some got back last night and had to run over to my Aunt and Uncles my Uncle is 90 and my Aunt my Dad's sister is 88 there 2 kids have moved away so it was down in the teens so I decided I had better go check on them and make sure every thing was okay all was great but I never got away till 11 last night plus my Aunt was calling me to see if was coming over before I got everything out of the truck and the dogs unloaded

hey guys and gals i;m still here, corky called and checked on me , thanks for everyones concern. a lot has happened since the wreck but it will soon be okey. Mike that is a good deer, hope i see one sat. horns or not, need 2 for the freezer. have some laid out now, making jerky tonite. WB & Link looks like yall had a blast at johns, now when he comes down from the north and a certain person or persons comes up from the south mabey we can have a get together and i hav;nt forgot heather and bob. Dave & Wendell - I appreciate you guys making the 7 hour drive to come up and hunt. Sue and I loved having you. I had a blast. Great pics guys. We will do it again and I will take a trip to the mountains. I really enjoyed hunting with Willow, Samantha, Dozer and Rachel. You guys have nice dogs.

AWESOME PIX!!! Love all those dawgs out there... and FYI... I have followed Leine since she was quite a bit younger.... always loved her build so much... Nice Dawg! They all look great.... THE SNOW....BRRrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Love the beagles, the bunnies, the sceney, the story about the trip! Sounds like a GREAT time!
SO... who are we listening to on the video??? Bob and I were grinning...LOVE the accent tons.... Makes me HATE the Boston accent even more! lol...
Shannon the cable guy was awesome to talk to! He ran the beagles on bunies and deer. Real beagles..not them big old beagles(aka walker dawgs...LOL) as for coonhunting he prefers the bluedawgs... Glad you are staying warm with Molly! BRRRrrr You Southerners are having it colder than we are! Jeepers! We have a fire going now ourselves... it's nice. It was in the 50s today and sunny...not sure what we have for the next few days?
I'm SO looking forard to going to mums this weekend and she can't wait either... I will be careful not to over do it. I did laundry today and found I got real tired BUT... my brain was flying so I couldnt sleep...LOL... I still miss Webster and I'd see something to remind me of him and feel sad... there are still things of his around neither Bob or I have had the heart to move. I realized his food dishes still have his last unfinished meal in them...just dry food... but when he was done we'd still the dishes carefully in the food bin...and eventually we'll HAVE to deal with it... SIGH....
Enough of the sad stuff... watching hockey right now with Bob and enjoying the fire. Coonhunting weather for sure around here with the crisp Fall air... but I assume deer season must be around sometime soon too? LOL... I have NO CLUE and with no dawgs to walk in the woods... it doesn't matter........
