Heather - Glad the Neuro visit went well for Mum.

Slowpoke - I am a relative newcomer to this thread. I think you will find the group that posts on here are good people, welcome aboard.

Corky - You could be right, everyone slept in yesterday.

Shannon - Thanks and Happy Monday to you. Friday can't get here soon enough. I get a 3 day weekend, early goose and squirrel season come in Saturday. That means Fall is right around the corner.

James - Sorry about you mother in laws house. I am thankful no one got hurt.

DL - That is a beautiful picture of a beautiful hound.

Dan - Glad you got the car back on the road. I hate it when the dang things wont run.

Sough sorry about the house. My Granddad had a rental house get burnt down about a year ago.

Well Moonlightanna you saw a small bit of the farm and swamps around here.

Been real rainy around here lately. Well class starts tonight I am not looking forward to it at all. Hope yall are doing well.

Dan ... I was going to do that last April !!! But couldn't get every one together at the same time ..

Hi Shannon! I'm on strike all week! lol... I didn't accomplish much today BUT I DID decide to go back to exercising on Monday and Wed to keep the muscles strong to work for Mum on Sats! I was BAD and hadn't been. Today I did a mile on the treadmill and some core exercises.... NO more slacking cause my spine was reminding me I'm getting OLD! Esp. the dumb neck... you'd think they would find a way to FIX the muscles, tendons etc... after whiplash...but the neck is just NOT made to move certain ways I guess! I"m SO grateful I was in GREAT shape when I crunched the truck... if I had NOT been fit as a fiddle...Well, I don't wanna think about that!
Alls well here. Got a bit hot in the pm but the peepers are making a racket and it sounds like a nice late summer night now. I WANT to be out in the woods! Supposed to rain later on so I'll have to shut some windows I LOVE the night sounds....
Bob went on a ride Sunday I think, on the Fatboy... to the areas we used to coonhunt and trail ride.... He was very sad to see the development. The old farm is now closed and houses are going to be built all thru our old woods that are left... SIGH..Change. BIGGER SIGH....
