.... My Goodness you guys are having some fun on here! Another GORGEOUS day here! The nights are SO nice when we have these days... of course if we lived down South... we'd almost always have these nice nights....

Busy day here... laundry day. Still working on it now... I forgot I was about to switch loads and signed on here instead! LOL...

Gotta go into Boston Tomorrow to take Mum to a neurologist at Beth Israel Hosp. Her Dr had sent her to him a while ago since her walking was a bit unsteady(he saw that) and today she had 2 dizzy spells. She said she'd be fine going without me BUT... I KNOW she wants me THERE with her so I got Dylan to stay home tomorrow(soon he'll be off at college!).... so he can give Webster his 2 pm pill. Seizure disorder kinda...rules your life! I don't ever leave the dogs alone here because of the seizures but pill giving is not some thing EVERYONE can do(Webster is sneaky...and the pill would be VERY bad for Daisy to eat...and she'll eat a ROCK if she thinks it's food! lol...)
SO>>>>> I have that tomorrow and will work for Mum Sat...so i MAY not be around a bit...DO NOT WORRY! I AM going to try to be home in time to watch Patriots football tomorrow... Tampa Bay maybe? I forget... We lost the last preseason game but I have a BLAST watching with Dyl. He's suddenly become more of a friend with me!

Birch Stand Venison Loin

Prep/cook time: Marinade overnight; prep/cook: 30 minutes
1 Venison Loin (fat trimmed off)

MARINADE:
1 cup coca-cola
1/2 cup italian dressing
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
5 dashes Tabasco� pepper sauce
1 tbsp. Black pepper

1. Place the loin in a large zip-loc bag. Then add the marinade ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Have the grill going with medium heat. Depending on the size of the loin, cook for
approximately 8-15 minutes a side. NOTE, just try to flip the loin once, and don�t press
down on the loin. This way it will stay moist and tender.
3. Cut and serve when done.

YIELD: 2-6 SERVINGS
