RUSS JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THANKS AGAIN FOR THE PUP AND MEETING ME AFTER 18 HOURS IN THE TRUCK IN 2 DAYS AND NO SLEEP WE R HOME AND SETTLED IN . A few pics....

Took the 3 boys out last night, Duke Dude and Patch... Dude and Patch ended in the rocks with a coon corralled just outa reach, not much for pictures tho. Dude managed to hurt his ankle in the process and limped all the way out. Seems to be fine now tho. Yes he is his fathers son, likes to go like a mad man and hurt himself! Turned Duke and Patch out on the second dump and they worked a cold track and ended treed right off the road with the meat! Ended up bein a good night!

Congrats to the team of daniel and the "Dude" on winning best of show and getting fourth place in the hunt last nite at aurthors walker sectional!! It was Dudes very first bench show and comp hunt! He also ended up treeing coon after time ran out that woulda got him a first place!!!Another dual grand on the way!!!

Congrats Dan,Kali & "Dude"!!! He's a big ol raw boned kinda hound with a mouth to go with it. Couple cast members was tellin me how good he looked & about the way he smoked that last coon.

As they say,The best advertizin is word of mouth. Off to an awful good start.

"Dude" is outa "Patch" & Boone Brandau's GrNtCh "Lady". Liked him since I bought him from Boone as a pup. Dan thought we could get the third generation of,as Jay put it,"Dual Purpose", coondogs on the way to have in the same pictures together. As a bonus he's not to fond of females. Got a nice pair of young males with "Duke" in the stable as well.

Thanks Dean Yoder from Maryland for lettin us take ya to the timber last night. Dean wanted to hunt with "Patch" so we took him & his son the "Dude" along. Treed some coon,made some hollers do some echoin,Den tree ended the night. We really enjoyed sharin the timber with yet one of our fellow Bludawg fan's.

"Dude" was makin it rough on his Pa ..

Those of you in the far east that know Dean ask him about our hunt.

The Pleasure was all mine. really enjoyed the hunt,got to hear some bluetick bawls on track and see some slobber slinging tree dogs. If I could coustom make a dog to my liking I belive Patch is as close to my liking as i have been to woods with yet. Good mouth and treedog,dark blue houndy looking,and will sink in the timber and put ringtail up a tree. As they say the apple didnt fall far from the tree,dude looked impressive as well.
Thanks again for taking me to the woods Dan,Matt and Russ, you guys where great and the dogs looked good!

The kinda dawg you could wear out two trucks tryin'ta find. If your countin on deep & lonely,that can happen. Them dawgs that tree two or three on the way to said Deep & lonely will kick the snot outa ya,dull your knife,weight ya down with hides & cause ya to buy another "Hide Freezer".

She's done some winnin last year in limited hunts. Queen of zone III hunt,won an RQE & sights set on finishin up that "Dual Grand" degree this year. Pickin a worthy suitor that has the potential capabilities of complimenting without losing them key desired genetic traits is the next thing?

"ENTERTAINMENT"?

I have some of the best put~up pups I beleive I've had born here. They are LOUD,got some dandy ears & houndy heads,great bone & very solid in the loin zone & overall structure. Not to mention they already dissapear four couple hrs at a time out'ch yonder. My main pick takes off by himself. All ya see is that limpish puppy tail flippin back & forth. Yesterday he was standin on his hind legs like he was sniffin a fine cigar. Seen very very few puppies do that consistantly without a pan of fresh dog food.

"Stay tuned"...

Just comin ten weeks. Got four here & Dan & Anthony each have one as well. Why WE make a cross! Six of nine still in our posession although I am gone hav'ta part with a couple of the males cuz I don't need three of'um. The Mainsqueeze & I at differences in which one to keep hence why there is still three of'um beside the fact I am havin a blast watchin them explore & do "Stuff" !

They are by an own son of the "Bum" we call "Patch" & My "Carly" who is a daughter of GrCh "Pop-a-Top Again" & GrNtChGrCh Amazing "Grace". "Carly" fixin'ta carve her own page of history within our collection. I love this female!

Just stumbled across a litter mate sister to "Bree" and "Duke". Haven't had her to the timber yet, but I sure do like her around the house.

Now I don't know what I'm gonna do with all these young dogs that seem to have taken a liking to me as much as I have to them....
