Bob, Murph sent me a PM lettin me know ole Timber was headed to the land of cotton. Said he would be talkin to those ole Mississippi coon with a drawl in no time! I wish Perry nothing but the best with that ole woodlot coon dog! LOL One thing for sure, Perry will hunt the guts out of that young hound if he suits him. I hope all is as well as can be for you & yours. Not doing too bad up this way. Life continues to throw its usual curve balls, but all in all I sure can't complain. Been hunting a little here & there. Got a decent young male out of a gyp from your neck of the woods (Andy Billingley's Jodie gyp-Dunlap TN) & the Legend dog. He's still got a long ways to go, but for a young blue dog getting after some of these woodlot coons, he will make me smile more often than not! LOL

Take care,
Vic

coondog

Bob Ole timber big bawl locate and double chop on tree bawl on ground not a loose bark in him and can get in there deep with a coon. Probably the best looking male I have ever owned. When he comes on a tree you can book him there. Will be alone unless he has a hitchhiker. Got one thing on his mind and that is putting them coon up a tree. Looked at one tree I haven't found a coon in. It was a cedar and he ran a good track in to it. Bet he had him. Cut him and sally and they walked my legs off split twice with a coon each time. Cut him to her treed and he went in and treed him one alone. Thanks Murphy for allowing me to buy him. I think he has a home. Just aint going to be hunting him and Sally together when I am hunting alone.

Mr Ross

All that sounds good about ole Timber but I'm more concerned about my finders FEE on him. It took me 5 years 2 trucks and 1000 phone calls so don't send a couple of hundred up here and think we are good. Lol. Perry female looked good again last night. Still learning her but she is going to have coon when she parks and is some kind of treedog.

Bob
Terry's Rags dog looked like a million bucks last night! We made 2 trees with dogs treed together and seen both then next drop mine treed right out of the gate and had a coon. mine was letting em rip and Rags kept going. he got deep and treed. We loaded mine and drove around to get closer. Rags had meat too! Heck of a hunt but them hills is hurting this old man this morning.

I'm telling ya Terry may have his dog priced too cheap. The sucker trees coon and sounds good doing it! Rags is one he may regret selling in my opinion. Talk at ya later.

Dennis

She will have slobber running off her when you get to her and has made only one tree I didn't see coon she treed a lay up right out of the truck last night before the others knew what was going on. You can tree her on half a locate. I still need to see her with slick treers and trash runners but she can flat out tree mr. coon. I'd say you are real close on the 130.

I've got to get over and go with you and terry. I have t seen rags since he got cranking. Terry may change his mind after last night and he needs a good dog to haul in that new box.

Congrats guys

On your new purchases. Muph told me he was a good one & Bob, it sounds like you got a good one too. One question, Bob, just how much pressure ($$$$), would it take to change your mind?? just playin' with ya- enjoy. Sure would be glad to chat if you can make Bluetick days. Take care, Ron.

Bob I know you won't enjoy the money as much as a hound, if Rose is what you like.

Good deal Bob!
Tell Mike and Tommy I said congrats. I wanted to make that hunt but after what I seen outta my gyp Friday night I decided I need to work on her a bit. She played the me too game Friday night and that ain't sitting well with me. I hope to do some pleasure hunting this week and doctor her up a bit. Keep them big blues at it, it sure pays off. Talk at ya later.

David

Got a first on Rose last night in the storm. She got deep and alone with a coon and that's all it took in that weather. I think she is the right kind.

Congrats on your 1st place win with Rosé! It was a win that was earned in last nights weather that's for sure. Good luck on your next hunt might be same weather as last night.
