When you are going to a tree with a Back up guide or a spectator who is going to know who you called or what you are talking about? All the competition hunter I know are all good people and I wouldn't imagine they would do such a thing... I think when a seasoned competition hunter asked if he can go to his dog when he is to stay with the cast, that is cheating and should be scratched, they know better then to even ask, The reason they ask is to see if the judge is dumb enough to let them get away with it..... JMO

This whole process disappoints me. No way it should have taken this long to make a decision. Now there will be doubt in everyone's mind no matter what the outcome is. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

It is very easy to hide behind a name on this board and talk crap. There are only a few people that absolutely know the truth. The rest are speculating.

In my mind, if the dog or handler had done something to get eliminated at the zones, that should have been taken care of before he was allowed to hunt in the finals. After the finals started, those questions should be DEAD and not allowed to be considered again.

If you have read all that has been written about this deal, you have probably figured out what is going on behind the scenes. Sounds like one man is causing most of the stir.

Give the dog the title and move on.

Ok I think I will stir it some more the longer it stayes on here the worse it's going to get I think I am going to get judge Judy to try and recoupe what I spent on this hunt and what I spent on all these tee shirts need a decition Quik I am about broke lol.

My guess is that the UKC is talking with lawyers before giving their decision. Lawyers would be the only thing holding the decision up this long. Just my thoughts...

Any other time they just up and do what ever they fill like doing. I think the guy involved with this whole thing, Is making them a little bit more concerned ,and that is what's taking so much time?

Edwardfasteddy, it is not cheating to get permission from the judge to go handle your dog on a separate tree. That is stated in the rules on the back of the card.

What happens if they take the title away from Sam will they reimburse everyone at the world hunt finals for their gas hotels and time away from work? If they take the title does this mean every accusation gets investigated to the fullest extent like this one has from Big hunts to little weekend hunts? Does this mean people will lose faith in UKC and it will make them not hunt many hunts for the fact if you go win a hunt fair and square you can still get falsely accused of something and get a win took away? Will this hurt business revenue for UKC and people not drive halfway across the country to hunts?
