Trump isn't perfect and Cruz isn't the saint some believe , their will never be a perfect canidate . I had said before I wish they had found a way to work together , who knows maybe still will . For now it just up to all of us . This truely is an us vs them fight that we can win . We are the majority when little differences are put aside . The last 2 elections to many choose to sit it out and look where we are today , fundamentally changed just like promised .

Done a little research .

In 2008 republicans had 23 senators up for election 9 of those lost, this gave democrats a 60-40 advantage, most if not all came from states that the majority of the time vote for a democrat president. John MCCain was Republican nominee.

In 2012 republicans had 9 up for re-election, lost two same sort of scenario, blue states republicans lost. Mitt Romney candidate


Bottom line is Trump is not going to hurt those senators in the red states, if the never Trump people get out and vote for senators and local issues only. Blue state candidates are going to lose regardless as to who the presidential candidate is in a presidential election cycle. In fact the only reason they win in the first place is Democrats do not vote in non presidential election years.

I think the blue state senators should latch on to Trump in hopes of saving their seats, he is going to flip at least one of those states.

MCCain is fearful of losing his seat because of Trump, it's actually the Tea party that is after him. Hope the Tea party gets him, The polls show Hillary up Two points in Arizona, when the illegals are participating in the polls, She will not win that state
