Bocephus x oxy

I have a female from above cross. Has had very limited hunting. Started her with my Roy dog and singled her out last week. Made two dumps with her solo tonight and treed a single the first dump and a litter the second. I think she's on her way to make a nice hound. Has a great mouth and can really move a track. Time will tell.

PKC Superstake Sire

I've had several people ask if Bo is superstake and he hasn't been, but now Bo will be a PKC Superstake sire for 2015. Any females bred from 9/1/14 to 8/31/15 will be eligable for the superstakes program.

Bocephus & Sheba pups

The pups are $300 Each. They should have real good noses on them. I think all the females are gone, and there are 2 males left. Sorry I don't know how to do pictures.

The pups off Bocephus and Sheba are now a week old and all 9 of them are doing fine. I am real excited about this litter of pups. Any time you get a litter of pups with hounds like Tramp and Bocephus blood flowing through their veins. Its got to be good.

Jack, she didn't stick, but that is the chance we take. I imagine I will breed her back to BO the next go round. There are some decent reports from the previous cross. I'll let you know if we get it done. She probably won't be in heat until around Dec to the first of the year.

Good luck with your Sheba pups, I really like her looks, and pedigree.

Got another first last weekend on my 2 y/o Zero dog (Bocephus x layup lucy), two UKC firsts and is on his way to PKC CH as well. Good Lord willing, Zero will one day sire a 4 generation all-grand litter....

2014 Hide Season

Been Pleasure hunting Creek by herself and she has been really looking good. I had not shot a coon out to her since last January and she was still doing a good job but now that she knows some meat may be coming out you would swear she is being skinned alive when she trees. We have been having fun at just putting the time in to make her a coon dog.

Scott, I have been hunting several times here lately with Jeff and Dot (Creek's momma), and she is for sure the real deal. After hunting with her there is no reason Creek won't make a top hound. Have fun, and good luck this season.

We bred antoher top notch female this last week. Robert Shelton's OXY female, this is a 2nd time cross. The first cross is doing awsome. Oxy has won a lot and is from a line of great hounds. She recently won Queen of hunt at the BBCHA Fall Round up in Flora. If intersted in pups contact Rober Shelton 2 580-716-0217, he is located in Ponca City, OK.

Phil,
Nice to hear Dot is getting it done. Jeff said she was a nice one. We really have been having fun with Creek for a year now. I have to roast a hog for the family reunion tomorrow so we just made one drop tonight. It was really nice out and I said to my son that it was too nice out and the only thing we may get is if Creek trees a layup. Well that is what she did. She has been hunting out nice be herself and did a good job on this tree. We gave her the coon and headed home.
