Took my female to the woods.
She struck in before my male dog. He was ahead but she still got first strike. Then he strikes a little after her. He treed about 400 yards in first. She backed him a little but wasn't up on tree. Went to shoot coon out and she was scared of gun shots. I think I can get her out of it since she's only 9 months old. Really loud bawl mouth and can throw a bunch of chops in short amount of time. Liking her so far

Bring Your UGLY dogs to Black and Tan Days 2015

Go by the Uglystick booth/tent and register for the following:

Top Ten UGLY scoring dogs each night (Thursday-Saturday) with a cast win and plus points will receive $100.00 each. The dog must be sired by GrChGrNtCh PR' Hurrikane Creek Uglystick. This will be available for all 3 nights with a possibility of 30 winners.

Be the UGLY King or Queen and receive $500.00 each. This will be given to the top Male and Female Sired by GrChGrNtCh PR' Hurrikane Creek Uglystick. The winner will be determined by:

1. Triple Cast winners (all 3 nights added together)
2. Double Cast winners (2 nights added together)
3. Single Cast winners (Highest Scores)

You must register to win (it is FREE) ... go to the Uglystick booth/tent and bring your registration papers.

Zach way to go with your choice on Ugly . You won't regret it . Now if anyone looking for a pup off Ugly then I do recommend this cross . I've hunted with Lacey and Uglystick , they're both nice hounds that trees coons . Good luck to you both on making another great cross .

Thank you Charles! I've never got a chance to hunt with Ugly but I did get to hunt with a couple of really nice dogs off him that helped me make my decision. I believe that he will help throw traits that Lacey needs more of... I made this breeding mainly for myself and hopefully we'll get some nice pups out of this cross

I also want to thank Jason and Judy Short glad to have yall promoting a black dog the way yall do!

Next 10 dogs sired by Ugly that makes Nite Champion between Aug 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 will receive 500.00 each. Money will be paid on the first 10 Nite Champion Certificates I receive. After this the pay will go back to 300.00.
