ya your not missing much on hunting with the moon and all, ive lost all but 1 spot till after deer hunting, like its a big deal to coon hunt and deer hunt. i always say you cant fish cause im gunna go rabbit hunting tomorrow....lol

That's a good one!! Lol... I've never hesitated to coon hunt my bow hunting spots. Big bucks still keep showing up on cams. Lately though, I jyst prefer to get some sleep and also I felt my young dog needed a break.

have you been seeing much? my bro bow hunts a lot, says its been really slow right now

It's just picking up. Of course, I'm back to work now. I'll have Monday and Tuesday to hunt, I hoping to make it out some then. Problem is, I bow hunt 2 hours from where I live. Money for gas and time away from my family really starts to catch up to me, wish I had a good spot to bowhunt closer to home.

No thats since season opened 2 dogs and a pup hunting 3 or 4 nights a week took one week off work and hunted 5 nights that week not that hard to do around me did cover 6 or 7 different counties so far have a buddy that hunts with me sold 30 of the early coon averaged $20 a peace hoping to do better on these 70 Friday we've seen over 150 coon don't shoot this years litters

You cover 6 or 7 counties?.......You must be one of them professional coon hunters.

Could you post some pictures, I'd like to see what your hounds look like, and coon too!

I hunt st Croix Polk Washburn dunn Barron rusk sawyer Burnett all with in 45 min or so of us gonna take a pic this week before I sell the hides will try n post. I know of a few other guys around that are well over a hundred south of me to.

Here's some pictures I've taken over the last week or so. I just have been going out for 1 or 2 dumps and calling it quits. Most nights I usually don't get out till late anyways. Last night was 11 before I turned loose, mid 20s with a heavy frost forming. I was impressed he even treed one to be honest. Did a nice job at it too.

well the night went well, my buddies blue tick did a great job and got to shoot a few. the night ended on a road tube with what i believe to be a bobcat in it. had to take my dog to the vet today to get him some meds, he is just messed up pretty bad.
