I thought my brackets stunk last year, but I believe they're worse this year! Some how, some way, I keep buying into that garbage Georgetown team. Had em in my final 4 in both pools this year! Oh well, it's still fun.

You're right about Wisconsin! You can almost always count on them to lose early. Buckeyes did escape, but Iowa St. played really good. I got Louisville to win it all in one of my brackets, and Miami in the other! But, for the most part, my brackets are a mess!

Local News Update: Minnesota Gophers Basketball program will not except mediocrity from now on. Romor has it that VCU Shaka Smart is #1 choice as Mn. present a.d. Norwood Teague hired Smart when he was in charge at VCU. Not a sure bet as VCU might offer Smart a deal that he can't turn down. Many feel that Mn. should have never given Tubby a contract extention last year as it looks like it's going to cost the U of M about 7 millon to buy him & his staff out--- LOL!!!! The Gopher's went into the tank after they beat Indiana except for Try Hollins; the rest of team played like they had cement in their shoes!! Against Florida they couldn't even throw the ball in bounds, called timeout 2 different times, & still threw the ball away. Get a coach in here that can recuit athletes that can play at this level. Best of luck to Tubby but it's time for a fresh new look. Charlie Radtke
