And after that HTX win I've kinda been missin all the wins. Second hunt I been to in 6 months prolly. Time isnt like it used to be. If I had time back when I was hunting 2 of her uncles she would see just as many hunts as they did but where my time goes I dont know. She will make Grand eventually if she is nine with no teeth she will be grand. Brandi isnt just all comp dog niether, she is something you can hunt byherself and still enjoy hunting her. The best thing I like about her is she splits, works grubby old bad tracks and ends them right, she has a very good mouth and one of the best locates I have heard in a couple of years. She is following in her Grand mother and mothers footsteps. She is just as a hard huter as any out there. I'm pretty glad we still got her, because I will be hunting some nice ones out of her.

Brandi picked up a 2nd place win last night at prairie home mo.
200+ 225 circle and no minus. been in three hunts has a 2nd and a HTX pass. She had 2 split trees last night all to her self and looked good doing it. Shawn Higgins and Jeff Wyatt want to thank you for a good hunt last night.


Boys when she was for sale someone would have been getting a nice gype but guess what, you've waited too long. She isnt leaving my place.

At the last tree Jeff asked me if I stood next to her much at the tree. I kinda looked at him with a big ? mark on my face and said what do you mean? He said, "because I aint got very good hearing, but she hurts my freakin ears."

Scored on 4 coon last night and prolly seen 10 or 12 just sittin up walkin to the dogs. No corn races. I was guiding last night.

Sun flowers, Rocky Bottom Creeks, and Public ground.
Who needs Corn when you the whole cast were packin coondogs. I figured the hounds been in the corn all summer, it was time to test them.
I did draw out with a nice Osage Boomer female that flat put it on us at the end of the hunt by her splitting off and having the meat on 2 different trees.

I dont know what it was about the sunflowers but coon were thick in there. Corn was just on the other side of the road too.
I'm figuring Coon are in there eatin up all the Quail eggs and Dove Eggs maybe? They were thick.

So i am gonna test my luck up at fayette tonight.

Sounds like it.. I've got some future ideas in mind.. Are you only live breeding him?

Donnie picked up a Bench show win with Brandi Saturday night.
She won Class, Breed, and Show. Thats 35 points, we needed some competition but we will get them next time.

She is going to finish very fast into GRCH GRNTCH

Pups off her and Joe are gonna be great, I would reccomend one of these pups to anyone that wants to win on Bench or in the woods.

This 13 month old pup I got showed Brandi up last night. I didnt get in til 1: 30
He did a real nice job for not chewing on any fur at all.
