I asked Dean the same thing but he said he is too busy to finish her at this time. If she were grand this cross pups could produce an all grand litter.

Smokey dog

Hey David I put 3rd place on shadow tonite. He treed the only coon in the cast. Spilt by himself. Thats a 2nd and 3rd now getting close.

Belle has 7 pups, 1 male and 6 females. More females in all Smokey's litters so far.

Smokey did real good, split twice alone but I couldn't find one of them so didn't win the cast. Call me sometime and we can take a hunt together.

5 month old Smokey X Lady pups

This is Max and Lady out of Smokey and Nt.Ch. Lady Bug. First coon they ever saw. Lady barked at it some but Max did better this time. Click on the videos to hear Max, sounds like he is going to have a big mouth like Smokey.

He seems to be a natural, doing all I could hope for on his first coons with looks and mouth to boot. I still have his littermate sister here and a younger half sister and getting another pup next weekend so my pens were getting pretty full. Can't keep and hunt them all as much as I wish I could.

Good Luck with Ruby. I liked her when I owned her and only sold her when I had some health problems. She is an up on the tree treedog and will split or back other dogs. At 13 months she split from Spin(her aunt and littermate to Kate) and Brandy who were on one tree with a coon and she went on past them about 300yds and had another coon. She probably needs tuning up but I think you will like her.

Lovis, Brock, Skidiver and John thanks for the encouragement. Ruby just started coming in heat a couple days ago. That is good and bad news for me. The bad is I was really wanting to start hunting her hard next week since I'm on vacation and open kill season. The good news is I will breed her to Smokey and the pups will be ready by Black and Tan days.
