Funny some one should say Justice Roberts is a activist judge, but say nothing about Justice Kagan who voted with the majority and was working in the white house when obamacare was passed and texted about winning on getting it passed. Anyone with any integrity would have recused themselves.

The fact that Roberts wrote both sides of the argument is part of what makes me think he did this deliberately to force the American people off their collective butts and participate in the governing of their country. If we fail to do this, we are whistling in the graveyard of the republic. Like I said, either way we get the govt. we deserve.
