She had first strike and first tree but hadn't settled in and left tree my fault. Then had first and first on a circle tree. Last dump she had a nice coon field race that ended in a brush pile. She needs a lot more work but I don't think she had any idea there was any other dogs in the cast.

Took "Man" out when our hide season opened on Fri night/Sat morning at midnight. He didn't do much, but did get excited with a coon fight on the ground. Kept checking back in, so he got to listen from the truck to a good corn chase. Next time he got out of the box he never checked in again, and got better as the night went on...

Took him out again tonight and he stayed gone, opened on track well, and even treed a little. He needs a little excitement at the tree, but what more of a perfect time of year to bring it out than "hide season".

Knocked a very big old boar coon out to Bentley and Man, and Bentley had his hands full when Man came in. Man went right thru the fangs and latched onto the throat and never let go for a second until that big joker stopped quivering. I'd say he's good in the grit department...

Man tracked AND treed with Bentley tonight on 2 trees. Heavy fog rolled in at dark, so I just took their word for it. Pretty cool considering Friday night he was standing at my feet.

Mike, send one of the Forum Moderators a PM asking them to move it. They are located in the upper left hand corner of the screen. I think they have slowed down some on moving them.

Mike just an update on female I bought,she is coming along nice has treed me alot of coon by herself,I put a second place on her at Smokey River Memorial hunt couple weeks back think I'll take her to the battle this weekend if nothing comes up

Glad to hear it! A couple of guys from our club hunted with you at the Smokey River Memorial and said that she looked good. They said she slipped off and treed a coon and even passed up a possum. Ha! That shows some improvement from the night you came and tried her I guess...
