ol boom sure has had his share of stitches, thats for sure
1 of the last times i hunted him he was up in a tree about 30 ft
lookin at the coon, he ended up jumpin out and the guy that was with me tried to catch him and broke his fall, they both were alright thank god, there was a young hound still runnin deep in the woods walked ol boom on in and turned him, he hit a fence row and made a hard left and ended up treed along a blacktop road with heavy traffic , i told the guy that would be the last drop for the night, havent hunted him much since,

thats the thing with dogs they can be here today gone tommarrow

Yes Terry I have been in the heat down here. Its been in
the mid 80's here at night. Went the night before last and
was drinch when I got home and I didn't fall in a creek either.
Will be calling you about a pup.

Terry just wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in here on how good the photos of you and Boomer are. Glad you posted them for all the fans of you two to look at. You know I love em dark,too!Ed asked me to stop off at the Gibb's on the way up to his house from down here. I was to pick for him half the litter of Jet 5 X Crystal--the same cross as Levi. Thinking I had chosen well for our friend Ed, I wasted little time getting to Ed's--First words out his mouth upon seeing the pups was --"Wasn't there any normal colored pups!" I had picked all dark pups. Ed did add--that will be the last time I'll let you pick pups. Boomer looks great and so do his pups--maybe Jimmy and Justin will let me hunt with Mo Jo? Continued Good Luck!!!!

hey terry hope this finds u well. i thnk penny is startin to swell she is sure takin her time maybe she isnt likin my date choice for her lol hope to see u soon i will bring a pup if we can go for a hunt?
was 88 degrees at 10 30 last night which meant no huntn for me lol

Terry-- Janette asked about my address yesterday so Ed could mail me an easy entry card--I've still got the same old one that is in the Blue books--C W Eldridge 9082 Hawkinsville Rd. Macon, Ga. 31216, with my track record I can understand the confusion. Would appreciate seeing the pics of the pups--that litter has done well,too. Was thinking back that Boomer has turned out to be what you had hoped Hollywood would be. You know how crazy I was about Joanie"s dam--Sissy--liked her first time I layed eyes on her. Was glad to hear when you Granded Joanie out, now I just have to do my part with these two out of her that are down here. Thanks again!

It sure was nice to see the pic of old Joe, it brought back a wealth of memories that he gave use. I could only laugh when I thought of all the nights he kept us out to day light. Hardest hunting dog I have ever followed, he had no quit in him what so ever. Sure wish we would have had Garmins back then lol.
