Hey Russ, This is the female out of my male, I was talkin about Breedin to Bum, If she makes the right kind that is. She was 9 months old in this pic, she won best of show in the WV hunters rights show that night. (her first show)

Thats one very nice lookin female rite there now! Looks like she's got the confirmation we all want or at least I do! Hope she makes ya a good coondog as well.

Dixie had 12 pups last night. All seem to be doing fine so far. I'll keep you posted.

My son Dan's young all blue male outa "Patch" & "Kandi", "Duke", was standin on his hind legs doin the thermal shuffle last night in front of myself & a couple of our families coonhuntin women,Kali & Stacy. Matt,Dan & Benj had turned loose off'n a tree close by & "Patch","Sas" & "Moe" gathered some ground & was scourin the hills so they headed in their direction. After that is when "Duke" commenced to dancin in a cornfeild & honed in on this lil bushy tree & started givin'er.

It was some kinda berry tree & there was no coon in it but may have been earlier? Regardless for a youngster that really don't understand the gig yet, it was pretty cool to watch that head reachin as high as it could & suckin molecules outa the air. Got purty good balance on just two legs.

Wonder where he got all that?

There's a small creek that runs thru my yard and a corn field 10 yards behind one of the kennels. Its been hard to keep the dogs quiet at night, but lately its Duke's little sister that's been the one to get the party started. She'll be up on her hind feet in the kennel doin a dance, then she finds a panel closest to where the scent is comin from and just starts poundin away.

All 12 pups are still doing good. They are starting to get some color and are starting to get active and move around.

Is Bum PKC registered? Some of my hunting buddies that hit the PKC hunts pretty hard are wanting one of these pups and we are thinking about Superstaking the litter.

Mr. Downing,

I'll figure out exactly what I need for the PKC stuff and let you know.

They're definitely active little rascals, especially for their age. I'm hoping that's a good sign.
