Kenbev I don't know if you ever saw this. But it was the night I understood I didn't have the best hound in the land LOL. I was packing Duce he tried to take a bight out of Bad boy Brussels. he didn't recover. Long ago but a great night with friends at Bluetick days

its with a very heavy heart that i make this known that coolwater blue boomer II died last night.he just turned 7yrs old and acted just fine.no sighns of any problems at all.he never left my sight in those 7 yrs other than a brief trip to west virginia.i owned his grandmother, father and his mother along with ken adkins.we raised him and his sister on the bottle.ive only cried over 3 dogs in 21 yrs of having my blue dogs and this would be the 3rd.he had the best vaughn blood available in his genes.i had 2 females here that were going to be bred to him.this was a HUGE loss here at coolwater blue hound kennels.this one really hurt...

KEN, I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR THIS NEWS. MAN THAT SUCKS !!! WELL, HE WILL ALWAYS BE IN YOUR HEART, AND I'M SURE HE HAD NOTHING BUT THE BEST, IN THE TIME HE SPENT WITH YOU. IF WE ARE LUCKY WE WILL MEET UP AGAIN IN THE EVER AFTER, WITH THE ONES THAT HAVED PASSED. BETTING YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR 2011 TO GET HERE.

thanks guys.his mother and father both died the same way: asleep in their dog houses.i wasnt prepared like i should have been for this.ive got 3 other vaughn blooded males here but i dont have a boomer II replacement - yet.ive got some good friends helping me figure out what to do next.

SO SORRY Ken

We're so sorry for your loss.... They do live on in our hearts. My bluedawg, Wyatt(just a pet but MY dog...) died in July just before he turned 8. It is too young...but we can't control it. Some dogs are not meant to be old....they MUST have purpose elsewhere in my opinion....

Bob and I will send thoughts and prayers your way to try to help ease your loss...

this year hasnt been the year in recent memory for me.this year i lost coolwater blue minnie,vaughns bluedog judy(pregnant and almost due to whelp) and now the head of my kennel, boomer II.he reminded me alot of steve lee's tenbrook dog.a big houndy dog who was bred great and acted good.

Mr. Stigers lives about 20min from me. I haven't talked with him any, and I need too. Spooks bottom side has a couple of Mr. Stigers dogs in there. Here is a pic of Spook the day I picked him up.

look jim up he isnt to far from you.just to tell you the kind of dogs jim keeps there, ive driven down to him from new york 2 times this year to get dogs.
