George, Emma sure looks good. Hope to Breed her Momma NiteCh GrCh Thunder Blue Cami to Banjo when she comes in heat next go around. She has reproduced some nice ones out of Logan and Money. I had hoped to breed her Banjo years ago when I had her down in Arkansas one winter but it did not work out. Now Banjo and her are up here and hope to get it done this time.
Mike, Glad to here your niece of Logan is doing good. Hope to see some linebreeding back on the Newton and Lady cross someday. That was a great litter with most of them being GrNites and Nites, males and females.

From time to time, I get a call wanting to know who I will breed her to next? Did not breed her this year, just enjoying hunting her. I am keeping an open mind who to breed her to, not even close to deciding. Caught more coon on the ground with her, than I like, just hope she survives the season! HA!

So many crosses so little time

Mike,
You got that right. We have been making some nice crosses with Logan this Fall. He is nine now and still in good shape. He goes back to Bean's Ranger 6 (or more) times pretty close up. Ranger was the start of most all of the Uchtman blood we know today. With the 1/4 outcross on the Jet V and Sioux Valley Fly cross it was another good cross in his pedigree.
Got a nice Dual Grand female bred to him right now out of Bullet II and a Dual Grand daughter of Hat Creek Phydeax (Rambo) and a Smokey River Hoss bred female. Hope to get some nice ones out of this cross. Good luck with your hounds.

Downby that sure is a tough one I had a female out of him one of the nicest females I've owned I had to put her down last month at ten yrs old I hated we couldn't get dakota bred to him last yr I had big plans for that cross but james was sterile its always tough losing a good one bud

Sad to hear about James. We still have his daughter up here in Wisconsin. She was sold about 10 miles west of me as her hunting time here was getting less with the young dogs. But we are going to raise a litter or two out of her yet. As the guy said, if you want to tree a coon just turn Cami loose.

I haven't hunted with bom boy, but I have seen him and some of my huntin buddy's have pups off of him.. Those Utchman boys say he is a big motor dog
And extremely althletic. I know he a good lookin sucker.. The two male pups next to me tracked and treed a cage coon at 3 months.. Very good lookin pups, wish I woulda grabbed one up when I was there.. There 6 months now and have been treein with the older dog pretty regular.. We brought back a female pup for a fella and I been tryin to get my paws on her but I don't think it's goin to happen.
