Round here in eastern North Carolina our 100 acres is tobacco this year. Got 2 feeders myself
Their empty right now need to fill back up trying to work with 11 month old. Just barked at a cage coon the other day. Would I walk him to the bucket or what. He hasn't figured out to leavee when in woods. This is my first dealings on breaking a pup. Any advice

Yes I would lead that dog right to the bucket. I just wouldn't keep doing it and doing it. Once he starts tracking start making him work for it or atleast set him up to think he worked for it. IMO

I thought of filling a bucket to try and get a young gyp goin. In the past when I did use one for getting a pup a hot track I used horse and mule feed or dog food. I purchased a bag of corn today 50lb for 6.99. I poured half. Bucket of corn , sprinkled some peanut butter & fish coon potion, added a little bit of vinegar , and filled it a few inches over the corn with water and covered the buckets and let them sit out in the sunlight for a few days before I pour them out . Sound like a good idea?

Why are you going to pour it out? If it was me I'd just take it to the woods and fasten it to a tree, the coons will find it.
