Fall 2014-This shot was taken in Ed's barn just prior to us heading to the woods. A great group of Bluetick men. From left to right: Cory Carlson, Ed Mead, Larry Harvey, Kenny Herman and some dude they let get in the picture.

ReJet X Hope

Hope is due on Wednesday and she looks like she is going to have a big litter. She is so big she can barely walk. I hope all goes well, this cross has been very successful in the past. I will keep y'all posted on her progress.

Cary- how are the pups from Rejet and Hope doing? Early this morning a text came in from Cory in Mn. saying he had won his cast with Jet II and asking if he ended up 3rd would that make him a Nt Ch. I got another text saying not to worry he had won another 1st and knew that would do it. This makes the 3rd young dog from the cross of Rejet X Hope that has made Nt Ch. I told him today we had to get on the stick to catch up with Double Shot and Bell-with any luck all three of these will be Dual Grands shortly. Good luck with the litter from Rejet and Hope you have now.

Cary-I got a call from Ed Mead last night while I was in the woods. He ask about you and Rejet and about the young dogs down here out of Rejet. Larry Harvey got on the phone and said Henry Miller was up there, I hope that means Henry was up there for his Bell female (Rejet x Hope) and Jet 10 to get acquainted. They were asking me about the breeding of the Lucy female that has pups out of Jet V. Lucy's dam is a littermate to Rejet. Her sire Big Boy is a half brother to Rejet. Bobby and I were hunting Junior (Rejet x May Flower) with an old bitch out of 6 Again and Tree Slammin Lady. Brad Henson called too- saying he thought you were going to breed Delta back to Rejet and that you had been hunting her in some hunts down there. Sure hope you get her grand nighted out. Good luck and I'll keep you posted from this end.

CW I'm sorry it took me a while to get back to you, the pups are really looking good. I hope they are half as good as the ones from the previose matings. Congrats on the win on Jet II he is flat getting it done it sounds like. Tell Ed that we are still trying to beet the heat down hear but relief should be just around the corner. Good to hear from you and keep those updates coming.

Two young males out of Rejet

Cary good to hear from you. Get the details worked out and I will do what ever I can on my end to make it happen. Bobby Carter was hunting Junior (Rejet X May Flower) and I had Wild N Blue Jet (Rejet X Hooker). While we were looking a tree over Jet threw his head in the up and with his tail up pranced over about 50 yards and treed. Yes the dog left a tree (that we did not find a coon in) but he winded and treed on a tree we did find a coon in. He looks better most of the time by himself, so has the Junior dog. Junior has a 1st in UKC and I expect Jet is more than capable. These two will be hunted a lot by them selves and then we will see how they do in the hunts. With any luck Rejet will add a couple more Nt Chs to his production list. Again it was good to hear from you and let me know the "what and when."

I picked up my Rejet x Hope pup last week and am really liking him. He's got a head full of sense. All the pups looked real good. Not a bad one in the bunch. Thanks Cary.

Mindy III

CW Mindy III is due to come in around the middle of December and as for Hope and Delta we are tuneing them up trying to get them ready. Hopefully it won't take long to finish them out. Hope you and your family have a safe and happy Thanksgiving as well.

Keith Tate-how did your Batesville trip with Lady turn out? With any luck I will get to see you down there at the end of the month.

Cary I have spoke to Scott Phillips a couple of times lately and given him the up dates on Joe's win in Oklahoma. Know that made him smile.

Cory Carlson has a female now from Rejet X Joleen and there is a male here from that cross. We will keep you posted on their progress. Joleen has made it onto the current reproducers list and hopefully this cross will prove to be another good one with her.

Cary work on Joe and all your crew to make sure they make it to this year's Winter Classic. Brad Henson and crew will be there , maybe we can get a group shot of all of us. Better yet, we might break a camera by having to pose for a trophy or two!

Rejet X Joleen

The very best of luck to Mark Gibson and his son Mathew with their female out of Rejet and Joleen. She hung in there all the way with Ed's Nt Ch Lady (6 Again X Tree Slammin Lady) for over an hour in ice and snow. Mark if you see this please send us those photos of everyone in Ed's basement-great pictures. Hope you made it home OK. Look forward to seeing you again and expect to see you with her and your son in the results columns too! Mathew plans to participate in youth events with her-in the woods and on the bench. It was nice meeting you both and good luck!
