She's doing good,getting big,she's smart and has drive.planning on starting her on live coons these next couple wks.she hasn't completely wowed me yet but she has done wat she should so far.il no more in the next month or 2.im dieing to take her with older dogs but holding out till she sees a couple live coons.she does good on scent and sounds good when she trees but young and her mind is changes direction easy but seeing live coons should help change that.r McMillan hows your hounds and wat bluedogs you packing now.

Took bell tonight we made 5 trees,3 coon,1 slick,and 1 possum.not the best night but got to take the bad with the good.

Took Ike and pup lastnight,ike drove a track aways pup opened once or twice ended at a deep creek.lol went to another farm ike drove the track along ways again ended on den.pup didn't do much but hunted with him and listens well,we have a wats to go but should be worth it.

Fellow Coonhunters I acquired one of my new hounds,he's a beautiful blue male with a great personality and is a out of this world treedog.he has and 1st place and 4th place win along with high scoring dog of the weekend.I plan on finishing him out.he is bred out of this world and should cross well on Alot of females. Night started off good treed 2 coons,then dropped him for one more.he got across the river and got treed,I called him off the tree but he was not going to cross.it's pretty deep in most areas and prob 25 ft at its closest point.I stayed till 2 30 but had to leave him there.going back at daylight,I hope he's still there and ok.dam dogs will drive me crazy.

Well I found my hound at 6 30 this morning,stiff from being out all night but he's ok.I lost my transmitter last night but found it this morning,so after everything it was a good outcome.

Coon hunting can be frustrating at times but it sounds like your situation had a good outcome.
