I thought that the Alamo was all about Pride. I guess that I had better read up on it. I got a text from Mr Robert's yesterday asking to borrow some benches for the show. It sounds like they are looking for a big turnout. He also had a long list of prizes. One of them was a Garmin Alpha.

Ya that's what me and Todd was talking about. They will be a good turnout down there no doubt. Looking forward to see some old faces I ain't seen in awhile. And meeting new faces like yours Richard. Can't wait to meet ya. See you all Friday night and becareful traveling down there.

Isn't it great that we live where everyone gets to voice their own opinion and argue a subject. And then we get to vote on our leaders and how we want them to act. This is sure a great country. Allen Roberts said to invite everyone to come up or down or over to the hunt. He said that it does not matter if you hunt, show or just come to hang out and have a good time, you are more than welcome. The Meigs Co Coon Club will try to make you feel right at home.

They ain't no trying to it. They make you feel right at home. A1 guys in my book. Last time I was down there is when Todd had the Black and Tan young guns hunt down there. Had a blast and expect no different for Friday night. I have a good feeling a black dog is the next Tennessee state champion.

Membership Meeting

Everyone remember the T.S.D.A. meeting at 10:30 saturday morning at the state hunt. We hope everyone can be there and share their input on what the association needs to do to continue to grow. I wish everyone good luck in the show and hunt and everyone have a safe trip. See everyone Friday

Oh my goodness, A Garmin, a light, a pair of boots, a couple of jackets, lots of dog food and more.....I can't wait. I sure would like to have a jacket that said 2013 Tennessee State Champion on the back.

I counted 12 vendors donating prizes. That sure is a lot of support for our State Hunt. It looks to me like someone has been putting forth a lot of effort to make sure this hunt is a success. I hope that we have enough dogs to show up to win all of those prizes. It looks like almost every cast winner should get something.

We had several calls this week from the hunters asking us if we were attending the TN STATE HUNT IN MEIGGS CO, With Allen Roberts, unfortunately we had a prior obligation but we have Donated a DIAMOND PLATED DOGBOX valued at over $675, to help with Allen's cause!
