The 3 yo. Female is no longer forsale. She's been looking really impressive but while hunting last night she got treed and when my friends got to her she was about 40 feet up a leaning tree with the coon and she slipped and fell out on her face first thank god she survived and they was able to carry her out. As of now sha is at the vet clinic no broken bones just real sore and can't do much the vet says she is in shock still but thinks she'll pull through.

Well went to the vet and Ugly is back home she doesn't have any major problems just bruised up a little and sore she will b back In he woods in a week or so.

Took Shady out lastnight for a hunt treed 7 times looked at coons in every tree 3 out of seven was litters and 4 was singles not bad for a dogs first time out since march.

Finished a Shady female (Scrapy) to NiteCh last night, she hasn't lost a cast yet. Going to start hitting the hunts with my female I call Ugly.

Hey Eric, great to see you are still taking the ole rascal out & letting him stretch his legs! With a nice hunt like that it sure doesn't look like Shady has missed a beat. He impressed me the one night I got to see him go. Simply put, a loud mouth coon treeing blue haired hound! Best of luck to you with Shady & his offspring.

I think 31 pups registered out of him 4 I know of are dead 2 of them had wins already. I know of 3 Ntch oje with wins toward grand and 4 otuers with wins on them. So far every pup I know of has turned out pretty good hounds. I'd liketo see some more females get bred to him forsure.

Thansk Vic glad to hear you liked what you saw out of shady. I gotta start hunting him pretty hard, getting him ready for the zones not much time left.

I haven't been on here alot lately so I figured I'd let everyone know what happend at the zones Friday night Shady hit some fast game and ran for a hour and the other three dogs treed a circle tree recut treed a coon then recut on him again and treed a oppossum I waited on him for 18 more minutes and he ended up being on private land so we called timeout. I called him in had 43 min. Left alone cut him and got treed shined 10 minutes couldn't get the coon to look recut him and he trail a bad track and ended up treed 3 min. After hunt time expired had a coon.

Saturday night zones drew two walkers and another blue dog first drop had first and fist he split from wallens walker dog that had first on their tree and the other blue dog backed wallens dog and the other walker backed shady couldn't find coon on eighter tree. Next drop had first and first he went the other direction from all three dogs in cast ran a good track got treed other dogs all treed other direction a minute after shady went to shady spectator other guy in cast went to them 10 min could find my coon went to other dogs blue dog scratched for fighting on that drop didn't find there coon eighther last dump wallens walker got sencond and first got treed quick shady and other walker runnig track still withdrew found walker dogs coon other walker got treed and shady was split couldn't find walkers coon big den shady had a coon. Had good honest hunt both nights just couldn't find our coons every tree made was on narley leavey trees with vines just bad luck.

They need to have world hun when leaves are off Imo I'm sure we'd seen shadys coons but things happen for a reason and maybe we'll make a run at t next year.

This kill sesson has been looking good so far. The scrapy female off of shady and peep is turning out to be a top hound. I just had her bred to ntch goodlocks mallory lake moose 3 weeks or so ago. I have high expectations for this cross, alot of good breeding with top hounds and reproducers in these pups.

Hey man sorry I've been busy at work seen where you tried to call I was at work. But yeah I don't think she took if she did I'd say it will only be few pups but still a few weeks left . Yeah I had fun that nigh too , Hopefully we can take a hunt sometime again soon. Take care I'll let you know if she has any.
